Ratings Explanations and Tips: 1) Redshirting helps 2) Starting players careers at their lower rated position helps them grow at that position faster. 3) DT Speed Rushers develop slower than other DT Tendencies. Might have been better to move him to DE and let him play OT. 4) In addition to point 3, OL Development is more important early on for the purpose of gaining power and strength ratings, then moving to DL for speed and quickness skills. 5) For WR/DBs, alternating positions every year helps grow specific skill stats faster, for a more balanced athlete. 6) Senior year, switch your players back to their highest rated position so they can get drafted and provide offseason training boosts for your upcoming players. 7) Team Player Mental Abilities helps in ratings growth over time, and for combating the ratings dip when playing out of position.
I just really hope it is done in a balanced way. In the past EA has swung the pendulum too far to one side with stuff like this. Like after that crazy viral catch OBJ made, the next Madden had every receiver making one hand circus catches.
Here are a list of current players to try playing two-way _(to be updated):_ Tennessee Fr. Mike Matthews (79 WR / 72 CB) Ohio State Fr. Jeremiah Smith (84 WR / 70 CB)
I didn’t have a 2 way guy but I had a 5 star athlete who I put at corner for 3 years, needed a QB because I didn’t like the guys I had and switched him back and he was probably the most dynamic qb I’ve used
Very good video. I think in order to keep it balanced, 2-way players have to have some level of downside to them. Travis Hunter is a generational talent, it would be kinda silly to have every team be able to churn out a 90+ OVR Two-Way player. If people really want to have that crazy two-way guy, they can edit ratings which isn’t ideal, but still allows for some kind of balance while still giving players an option to play out that fantasy scenario.
They need to let us respec our coach points im tired of having to restart a new dynasty everytime I want to change my coach tree it’s sad we should have had an update by now for that!!!
I just change receivers to DB in the offseason and they progress pretty decent especially the big fast ones they can’t already play the ball and catch pics
Do you think they will ever fix the missing thigh pads for Georgia, Bama, Oregon, Stanford, Penn State and more teams. They’ve been great about updating uniforms but haven’t fixed the thigh pad issue that has been in the game since the original teaser trailer EA released.
If you play a dynasty, the damn game doesn't keep the stats you get on defense if using a wr at dB. I've used Hunter several times and it only tracks it for the game then shows nothing when in between weeks in the menu looking at season stats.

This the first time in a while we had a generational 2 way player. I think it will be better next year

First to ever do it is insane comms 😂
There’s plenty of great players that played both ways. The first to come to mind is Charles Woodson…
Should be checking out the CBs ATHs - lots of them have very high catching ability and might be able to be WRs

boys forget Adoree Jackson and Jabril Peppers were 2way. Trav on another level tho
“Devaughn Trueblood”
>looks like cooper kupp 😂😂
Dang you just forgot about Charles Woodson huh? he was a 2 way before Hunter. And he won a heisman.
And jabrill peppers number 5 from Michigan
Statistically champ Bailey was better than Woodson and peppers
And Myles jack
You can have some TEs play MLB.. then they can play both sides of the Ball
I’ve had a few deep threat receivers have really high coverage ratings. They usually have low stamina or injury ratings though
Thanks for this vid!! 🔥🔥
Appreciate it bro !
You dont have to sim the whole seas, just reroll the save file after trans portal weeks. Whole new class

This video is sick

Are u able to see their stats on both sides if u view their player card n check the stats that way?
No
Had a 3star scrambler turned into 99 hit power fs
It should have been better featured in the game!! I mean he is on the cover of the game!!
He not the first to play both sides at a high level look up myles jack ucla! Some of y’all maybe too young to know who he is
obviously but no one was good as hunter on both sides jack wasn’t even better then peppers or woodson
@ go look up that man college stats then come back and I’m talking bout on both sides of the ball
You should do more builds nfl example I made a
Lamar Jackson build
I don’t think they should have added 2 way guys. We get like 2 of those every 10 years. It probably would’ve gotten too abused
How do you get all of these skills points? Am I missing something?
He said he simmed thru 10 years
Too bad players dont keep stats for offense and defense
I want the next Charles Woodson not Hunter
This game is a beta in so many ways. Next years better be anazing.
First step make him arrogant and act like hes Gods gift to football and proceed to be the teams 3rd best receiver
Imagine hating on a 20 year old kid in some TH-cam comments. How sad is your life 😂
Get that hate out ya heart smh😂
@@Amari-n9hliterally they be sad with there own lives lmao
