Yep, it is! I was wondering if anyone else noticed this too. A lot of instructors sometimes use other instructors routines because they like them as much as we do. I like Mallory because she has a cool way of moving.. :)

I noticed it too!! I follow both and was watching another dance instructor who credited Lauren and just happen to think the moves looked familiar
