He didn’t cancel anything. He fully reloaded and then tried to shoot. But there’s a glitch commonly referred to as the “double reload” in which the weapon must be reloaded twice before being able to fire again

i have a settings vid in the description, my advice would be to play with what's comfortable, don't push yourself to use a higher sens if it's not beneficial. other tip would be to lower your deadzones to the point where you barely get stick drift, so you have more control over small aim movement

snipe shots can ricochet off of hard surfaces, must've hit a small detail on the ceiling so it got ricocheted to the right
