- Well this one's been the talk of these days, so here's my recording of this beauty!
Spotting video @ Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (TJSJ/SJU)! Spotting in 3/1-2/20, this features yet another historic moment for this airport, as this is the first time that a Boeing 747-8i, as well as being a 747 BBJ that visits San Juan (SJU). This BBJ is operated by Qatar Amiri Flight, a VIP airline owned and operated by the government of Qatar. This airline operates worldwide charters on demand and caters exclusively to the royal family of Qatar and other VIP government staff. The Boeing 747 arrived here to pick up the royal family, which arrived to the San Juan pier in their mega-yate Al Mirqab. Hope you like it! & don't forget to comment, rate & subscribe!

San Juan is a beautiful City. And the 747 is still the Queen of the Skies, Long may she reign!!!!
Puerto Rico has many beautiful places, San Juan is not one of them

This long bodied 747-8 is a huge aircraft and is also the most beautiful bird to look at out of all the heavies in my opinion!

The paint job makes this 21st century 747 look a lot like the 20th century Constellation. Gorgeous planes... both.
We watcher Pan Am 747s land at SJU in the 70s. ANG A-7s breaking over the lookout area. Sit on Isla Verde beach and watch Eastern L1011s take off so close you could see the overhead panels in the cockpit. SJU is an awesome spotting experience.

I'm surprised how quiet the plane was the whole time. If Boeing had only came out with this plane at the same time the A380 released, Boeing could have won the Super Jumbo wars and 747's may have been still flying, even in the pandemic.

I was very near this aircraft!!! Driving along 12th st in Miami, near UPS, when it was close to one of the runways, I though we would collide! Scary!!!!

There are billionaires that have 747’s. Inside they have everything of luxury, like a jacuzzi and many other interesting stuff.
The aircraft is beautiful!!. But where did it come from? And where was it going? It just landed and took off again. It didn't at least stay for tea.

@@BebienneDeLuz Emirates is the airline from Dubai and Qatar is the national airline of the same name country.
Both are excellent airlines and their fleets are almost even in size with Emirates having a slight advantage in fleet size.
I understand that Aguadilla receives only Emirates freighters.
