@ thank you so much I will give my husband a slice room temperature and then one cold once it’s refrigerated and let him decide..can’t wait to make this..
Hey Girlfriend!🌞🙋🏽♀️ I’ve never used just the egg 🥚 yolks, so I’m very excited 😆 to try your recipe! 🤣 It looks 👀 Delicious 😋 Tyfs! 🥰🌺 New to your channel!☺️
I want to say I have individuals cook the mixture on the top of the stove before officially mixing it. The other way is putting foil paper on the top what's your suggestions?
Beautiful pie, I never use buttermilk I like lemon juice and milk, fuck buttermilk but that was still a lot of it! a half cup? damn, still looked great my only real question is how in the hell do you get the pie out of that pie tin? I saw that, it was a solid inch above your pie, you just leave it in there until the pie is gone, huh? Don't lie you ain't pulling that out xD
Why would you take the pie out of the tin other than when you’re having a slice? Also you can easily get this pie out by putting a cutting board over it and flipping it upside down. The pie will release from the dish. Then put your serving dish on the upside down pie and flip it back up right. If your pie is baked correctly it should go smooth and easy.
Ate a slice of chess pie from the bakery today. It was like eating... I dunno...pure sugar & butter. Felt like a needed a doctor's visit afterward. I mean, it was rich and delicious. But jeez, it was pure butter and sugar. I wish there had been something in it to temper the pure sugar, maybe some vinegar or lemon juice, or less sugar. Thx for the vid though.
Nice and straight to the point love it.
Happy to watch another upload :)
I happy you did! Thanks for watching!
Delicious and easy to make. Thank you! 😋💗

What's your pie crust recipe?
Currently I don't have a pie crust recipe up. For this recipe I used a premade pie crust.

Yea chess pie is all sugar and butter. That’s just the kind of pie it is.
