5'8 ako and flatfoot ko yan. it's my second bike and i got it last January 2022. may kotse naman ako for expressways and long ride comfort. i usually just use the bike for short errands. like mga 5km distance trips lang balikan. i think i saw you na nung pumunta ako SM Baguio. taga San Fernando lang ako sir.

Hi I have a question sir, can you lower the svartpilen 200 manually? I mean like lower the seat height by lowering the shocks?
Dude i've been planning to buy my first ever Real (manual) Bike. I am eyeing the MT-15 and this Husqvarna Svartpilen 200.
I chose the MT-15 Because I own a 125cc scooter. I don't want to jump into a larger displacement or bigbikes per se also manual baka mahirapan ako. The aggressive look of the MT-15 Is great and also i'm planning to use it as a weekend bike. The fuel economy and Fuel Tank Capacity of MT-15 is greater than the Svartpilen 200. Also cheaper and much lighter.
The Svartpilen on the other hand is a very unique and classy bike. Compared to the MT-15's aggressive sporty look, the Svartpilen screams of Class yet modern rugged look. I really wanted my first bike to be a good performing and good looking bike. Since Husqvarna is a Foreign brand, you can only see very few of these on the road. The exclusivity and elegant looking face of the Svartpilen stands out above the rest.
A noob or non-motorcycle enthusiast will mistake the MT-15 as one of its bigger Brothers the MT-03, MT-05 or MT-07.
While the Svartpilen. You can't compare it to anything else in our Country.
I'm still saving money and then i'll choose.

My nakita akong ganito sa johnjay sa KTM shop and fell in love the first time I saw it. Pagiipunan ko to ng isa't kalating taon. Nag search ako agad then coincidentally taga Baguio si sir. Iyurnungak talaga dytuy! Safe ride sir?

@cornermonkey - kamusta yung performance niya ngayon boss? and natry mo na ba magpalit ng parts and maintenance? laking mahal ba kumpara for example sa XSR 155?
Plan ko din kasi bumili ng XSR pero masgusto ko yung look niyong svartpilen 200, concern ko lang is yung parts and maintenance baka masulit pangmatagalan kung XSR 155 yung bilhin ko. Thanks in advance!

ktm dealership sir dito sa baguio, usually mga ktm dealerships nagrerelease ng mga unit and ofcourse husqvarna dealership

yung fuel gauge pa-check mo lang sir. baka maluwang lang yung pagkakakabit ng wiring nya sa sensor. sakin kasi ok naman. feedback ko lang maaga kumagat yung ABS nya compared dun sa first bike ko na PCX160 ABS. pero ok yun for me kasi mas safe tayo. ramdam ko ABS nung pababa nako from Burgos to San Fernando via Naguilian road. overall, great upgrade from PCX160 to. hope to see you again boss kapag bumiyahe ako pa-Baguio. may binili lang ako sa Digital Walker kasi nun and I tried to break in na rin my Svartpilen.

Sir san po kayo nagpagawa ng handlebar riser? And how much po inabot? Thanks for the video. I took the bike for a long ride and experienced this numb right hand the next day. I’m 5’11” po kaya baka kasi yung weight ko masyadong nasa handlebar.

sir is there any issue about the engine ? like heating engine when u long ride and the vibrations ?
no issuee related to the engine, it rides smooth with almost no vibrations or very minimal at most 🙂
I know this video is 1 year old but did you ever fix the issue with the fuel gauge?
I have the same motorcycle and had a similar issue.
I haven't tested the new ones po but I think the issue is still there. Although Its not really an issue for some, the gauge was just built that way I guess. I guess they made it that way so you'll fill up your tank before it actually goes empty.
For me personally, I haven't noticed it since the review. You'll get used to it eventually. :)

Nice. The bike's based from KTM 200 series.
KTM 200 series is manufactured by Bajaj.
Maybe, just a thought, may replacement parts para sa Husq and KTM from NS200.
para sa mga nagda-doubt about sa parts ng bike na to since bago lang sa market.

Since it's release, mas madami na po siyang options for parts aftermarket or stock parts compared dati. In the future sir, most likely dadami pa yan. :)

Theres alot of people selling their 2021 version of this motorcycle, most are low mileage, very tempting especially they increased the price of 2022 model to 198k. But also concerning why alot are selling theirs on low mileage

yes sir, because the stock mounting clamps are designed for 27.5/28mm handlebars

@@SinoTosino Hindi ko po sure exactly, pero kung ano po ang sukat ng stock, just add nalang po ung length ng riser. :) For me dahil 1inch ung riser, stock bolt length + 1inch :) Try niyo po alisin ung isang bolt then sukatin gamit ruler para sure.

Sir bakit kaya pag tinutulak ko siya eh may kaluskos or ingay sa bandang harap possible ba nasa break yon?
Sir mukhang sa preno nga poyan (brake pad + disc brake). Pag na-pudpod na po at lumapat na po ang mga brakes ninyo sa harap, mawawal din po yan. :)
Yung OBR mo sir (if meron) nagrereklamo ba na mavibrate ang Svart?

Still a great bike, although i havent been riding quite often like i used to because of the lockdowns, but its still a solid bike. No issues yet or any complaints whatsoever, atleast for me. And, definitely a sight for sore eyes! Eye candy!

ako din personally nagkabit ng handlebar riser ko, pinagawa ko lang sa machine shop, so hanap ka lang ng any machine shop near you and sabihin mo ung measurement na nabanggit ko sa video 😉

Ang ginagawa ko sakin sir sa lahat ng motor eh i-rerev ko muna habang naka piga ung clutch bago ko ilipat ung gear para mas madali mahanap ung neutral. Pag nakapatay eh inuusod ko lng paabante or atras para mahanap neutral.

Pag DIY sir mas mura, pero pag sa casa around 2500 to 4k ang usual PMS depende sa rates ng dealership. I suggest asking the dealership where you want to buy the unit.

Very minimal to almost none po actually in my experience. Its smooth to ride.
hows the suspension?
So far, the suspension has no problems. It can handle any situation on the street.

Hindi naman po siya madaling tangayin sir, stable naman siya based on my experience. RS din po 🤙
Nagkaproblema kaba sa electricals at namamatayan ng makina pag mag downshift? May nabasa kasi ako sa forums sa 401 tungkol sa issues na ito.
hindi ko personally na-experience yan sir kaya hindi ko po masasabi, pero saakin po ok naman, walang electronic problems kahit kaunti

Ok naman siya for long rides. Although, mas kumportable parin ang KTM Duke 200/390. Dahil medyo manipis at payat yung upuan. Pero, medyo comfortable parin naman siya kahit papaano pag long rides pati sa OBR. Sa long rides, mas kumportable ang OBR keysa sa mismong rider sa tingin ko.🙃

Honestly hindi siya masakit sa long rides, pero hindi rin siya super comfortable. Parang masa gitna lang, sakto lang. 😅
Nung nag palagay ka ng riser, nagpalit ka rin ba ng cables. Magkano damage?
Hindi ako nagpalit sir, adjust mo lang ung throttle cable ng konti. Sa gilid ng headlight naka-ipit siya or naka suksok siya sa parang lalagyan niya, alisin mo lang siya dun sa lalagyan na un para magkaron siya ng slack. Magpatong ka narin ng tape dun sa butas na yon para hindi siya mashoot uli.
@@CornerMonkey ok thanks. Sa ibang motor kasi once magpalit or adjust ng handle bars cgurado palit cables kasi mabibitin na yung haba. Good to know na it's not the case here. Planning to buy one since they announced it na available na sa Pinas. Thanks for the heads up

yes sir, kayang kaya sa light trails, di niya lang kaya ung malalim or sobrang uneven na roads, kasi tatama ung exhaust sa baba, kulang sa ground clearance po :)

Inasjust ko yung throttle cable sir ng konti, para hindi siya maipit, kaya inalis ko siya sa kanto kung san siya nakaipit sa likod ng headlight.

@@peeweeabanco7241 kahit saang machine shop kaya nilang gumawa, para siyang cylinder type, 1 inch height, 32mm diameter ung labas, 10mm diameter ung butas sa loob and buy a longer 10mm bolt narin. Yung handlebar ko is from a KTM Duke 200 bike, same lang siya sa stock handlebars ng Svart pero gray lang.

Ground clearance..?
Ground clearance is a bit low bec. of the exhaust placement and the suspension settings. The 5.6" clearance is enough for city or paved roads but not great for off-roading unfortunately.

How about the gearing paps? Medyo annoyed na ako sa yamaha tfx ko kasi ang iksi ng gearing from 1st to 2nd and dami pa naman humps sa lugar namin😅
short din ang gearing nito paps, pero dahil mas malakas siya onte, kahit magstay ka lang sa 2nd gear or kahit 3rd gear ok ka na, di mo na kailangan bumalik ng 1st gear :)

Yes po 😅, 30kpl siguro ung pinakamataas ko last time na nacheck ko, dahil po aside sa uphill/downhill/short twisties ung location ko, babad ako most of the time sa 1st or 2nd gear minsan 3rd tyaka generous ako sa pagpihit sa gas. 😊 Unlike po kasi sa iba na diretso at patag usually ang daan, pwede sila mag cruise sa 3rd to higher gears with less throttle applied.
