You literally can rebuild two of these because the rebuild kits do two of them for $43 or pay $160 for two new ones. It takes time to do the first one but it's alot cheaper
Ideally, use a 1/16in punch or 3mm punch if you can find one. You can also use a very small allen wrench to get it out, but then you risk damaging the allen wrench.
This video confirms ill be replacing brand new vs the time, risk of damage and material cost of repair.
You sound like a little crybaby 😂

This a good video but it would be real nice if yall would lay out all the gaskets so we can see which ones yall use out of each packet
Because I just replaced the gaskets on 2 valve removal tools with the ktmv25 repair kit but ended up with extra gaskets
Excellent tutorial Appion 👌
my swivel end has 2 o-rings? One appears smaller diameter and thinner?
On the older style removal tools how do you remove the pin

@@Appiontools It's a very bad design first gen Appion tool !!
What size are the valve cores and is there anyway I can get them seperately since that’s the only part that I need?
Please email me at jake@appiontools.com
Please link amazon repair 5 1/6 appion
We do not have any authorized sellers on Amazon but, Trutechtools.com and Supplyhouse.com are some of our online vendors.
If you need a second VCRT to do this repair, you might as well just buy a new one and skip the work
You don’t need a second VCRT any quarter inch male flare fitting will do
the repair kit is almost as expensive as the tool itself ......
It repairs 2 valve core removal tools
@@Appiontools in that case that is great then...thank you..
