    I like to cut my ribs into singles when I am smoking for a large crowd. They are done much faster, you get beautiful smoke on all sides and you can add much more variation to your flavors. And you can squeeze a lot more in the smoker. My husband and I each have our own Masterbilt 1050 gravity fed charcoal smokers and we love a good backyard competition! Love your show, videos, recipes, technique tips and products!

    • @allthingsbbq

      Great question. There is not a specific target temperature. It needs to be probe or squeeze tender. You can feel when you squeeze one if the meat is tough or tender. Thanks for watching!

    • @allthingsbbq
      @allthingsbbq  ปีที่แล้ว

      They were delicious. A 1-hour rib seems pretty fast. At this temp, an hour gets it done, just cook to probe tender. Thanks for watching!
