I love how each card ties into the characters' fighting style and weather conditions. Some may be more useful than others, but it's totally how you play them. Plus, every character can use any other characters' card. I used to ask if it was ever going to be possible to have this game get a modern remake/remaster, but honestly, the novelty of having something this niche be a timepiece is sweet.
idk if it's mentioned on the wiki page but 3 drops grazes on frame 1 and is invincible starting on frame 2, it's not 1f invul 1hp opponents holding a drop will still die to a properly timed meaty attack.
It is mentioned, yes. There is one frame of startup and its mentioned in the description, more specifically. It's not a true reversal but it can be used in plenty of scenarios and situations nonetheless considering that a single frame is easy to find; though it doesn't allow you to be inside a projectile and activate it if we want to be specific. Also while i'm here, I'm told that once into Godmode you are also given faster movement speed (i did check), i think its the same as MAX Tengu Fan
