You can`t turn to law Enforcement, You can`t turn to a judges, what happen to me doesn`t even my action afterwards was took as being wrong even if my mind and body was changed. Serve honor and Destroy and I was a victim. but when the law doesn`t do their job and courts look at you as criminal when you been changed as a child. my trust with anything government run is so far out of your reach for help and every door is shut in your face. they will never allow you to speak out and you have no trust then what do you do ?
Talking does not solve the Problem/Issue
no one said it does.They are literaly a hotline that can make you talk about your feelings.If you want help there are therapists.
Talking is just a small step,
the rest is for (self) treatment!

Know that abuse takes time to recover from mentally as it may permanately change you.
It's going to take much effort to find relief but ultimately anyone can do it if they choose not to be no longer victimized by their past.
Abuse is never your fault!
