Feels like an LFO to a VCA which is then modulated by another LFO. Maybe modulate the speed of the first LFOs speed with the second through an VCA too. I surely isn't just that and if it was, it's still an appealing small footprint for the function.
Nice to see the Wayout8 getting place in some racks. Thought I was crazy for having that 😀
