Super happy Panette is a great grail unit with an amazing weapon. I didn't use her much in Engage but she's automatically cool because she's Timerra's retainer! Can't wait to build her up, she's gonna be great on my Marth and Caeda arena team
You forgot to mention that she has the ability to kick your opponent out of the game from, summoner Duels. That is unless they have a AOE Special ready.
She's already a merge project for me. A powerful axe infantry with good offensive stats with great attack and support in her weapon, and funnily enough works well with B!Bernadetta. Glad she turned out the way she did.
In engage I played Panette with a high crit low hp vantage build and it was so much fun ! I feel like your build with Bernadetta support is a way to replicate that in Feh !

I've been sitting on my Att!Azura since her release as I haven't found a unit I WANT to fodder her for, but I'm very likely foddering my S!Goldmary for Pannette for that Laguz Friend and EATKWN (would pass GLR from her, but Atk Wave seems too nice to NOT pass on for bit more oomph on her ATK, especially since it's currently more rare than GLR which I have spares of already) Thus, this leaves her A open, and FS-Boost will work well for her, thus I think it'll be worth it to use Azura on her. Mercy Wing Echo won't be her best X by longshot, but it'll open some team options at it's absolute worst if nothing else. Well, unless in the next two more months I end up getting Att!Eirika somehow, naturally, in which case Azura shall collect dust a bit more.

I think I'm going to build her even though I've built both murdock and fallen lloyd and my third slot is +10 L!veronica who isn't going anywhere. Murdock being armoured is a pain and while he often surprises me for a f2p, he isn't tanky enough to guarantee his survival and with celicas ring everywhere, its no longer enough to just leave him at the back and let the others fight. Also mjolnirs strike I still seem to score pretty poorly so I guess veronica is weighing me down a little scorewise that I need to make up... That's a little sad but I guess its time to save properly and try to +10 another legendary.

Quick Question. My Arena Core right now is +10 Ilyana/+10 F!Lloyd/+10 Ross/Bonus unit. My score is generally around 738 to 754 (The score you see before you enter a match!) depending on the bonus unit and occasional skill/seal swap. How big of a jump in scoring would it be to invest into +10 Panette/+10 Cyril/+10 F!Lloyd core? I can never quite get into T21. I just float between T19 and T20. I can't even stay in T20 most of the time.
Not pm1 but Ilyana in particular is holding back your scoring by a ton. She's a very old blue tome unit without a prf. Ross is in a similar boat where Panette outscores him by quite a significant amount. You can likely manage to stay/float between 20-21 with those changes and some score fishing.
I still say, if you count Female Kana with the High Dragon Wall B as a separate option you should count the DC seals too since you can't use it on every character of the team
F!Kana is an outlier with a 400 SP skill while DC(M) seal is the norm for most melee units but yeah, I should probably do some kind of differentiation for it.

Try contacting support. I've seen them doing some kind of refund when you forget to pull a spark. You could try asking them if they can grant you one of the converted units. If that doesn't work, she should come to the shop in a couple of updates (maybe in October).

Not worth if you already have any of the other really good axe greils fully built. Her simps that insist she's the best unit in engage (when kagetsu is right there) are still gonna swear by her being "meta smashing" though. 50 base speed with full merges, flowers, and a positive trait is slow in today's meta. And considering Brave Felix now exists and is likely going to be everywhere.. yeah, good luck being an axe unit, especially one that's going to be slower than any felix that isn't base kit with no speed traits.
