Those made in Sweden were previously BAHCO, who snap on unfortunately bought out. However, they do seem to continue making BAHCO, which in my opinion is far superior to snap-on .
i have the fadh88a red handled wrench made in spain and also newer spanish made wide mouthed comfort grip handle and american made fadh8c, the older spanish one has the snap on logo raised where as the newer ones are stamped , the polishing on the older spanish one is not as good , but opens larger than the new usa version , the usa one has the best polishing but the size markings by the jaws are less legible , the wide mouth spanish one has better tolerances
The soft handle snap on is practically the same as the Bahco 90 series, except the cost, and also both appear to be made in spain. I would be interested to compare the Original US made adjustable against the two shown in the video.
Interesting video! I'd like to note that the Swedish brand called Bahco claims to be the inventor of the adjustable wrench (that's an argueable statement). Snap-on acquired that company a couple decades ago, so the Swedish one you have there would've been made by Bahco. Snap-on also acquired a few Spanish tool manufacturers via SNA Europe (Acesa, Irimo, and Irazola). Irimo happens to be the one producing the Spanish made Snap-on adjustable wrenches. Back in 2006, when I played around with the Spanish made models, I cringed. The slop in the dynamic jaw was atrocious. I couldn't understand why a high-dollar tool like that could come with so much slop.
Well I cannot comment upon SnapOn tools as I dont own/cannot afford to own,any..But the plain wrench made in Sweden is a Bahco one, same as my Bahco ergo model...Bahco did contract manufacture for other companies such as Sidchrome...My problem is that I am not able to obtain any spare parts for my Swedish wrench, due them now being made n Spain..Spanish parts not interchangeable with Swedish ones..all spare parts currently available are for. Spanish tools,no Swedish parts seem to be obtainable

Snap-on и Bahco шлёпают на одном заводе в Испании. По сути, это одни и те же яйца, только в профиль.
I like Bacho adjustable wrenches like the swedish snap-on, bacho was bought up by snap-on years back.
Cant speak for the swedish one, but I use the spanish one all the time and I love it.

Bahco - Made in Spain also offers great quality.
Not as great as bahco from Sweden
Made by Bahco like $20 the red one
Not anymore
Good & honest comparison.
make sure you put thread lock on them threads when you put them all back together..👍
mr somthinbasic215 Got it. Will do. Thanks for looking out.
Which one has the least amount of slop in the jaws?

Correct, it was invented in Sweden by the company that later became known as Bahco.
The funny party is Bahco now sells that same Spanish made comfort grip with a black grip on it.
