Unlocked Dorm and OML(Thanks to you) in the same week and hit top 19 in Arena. Went from a 3 star BC to a 6 star. OML murders on the global controller nodes.
seeing this gets me excited for now but i can see in the future raids they change the tag to Mutant non legendary

Soem callouts in the team are still Xtreme X-men specific (Sunspot's damage boost, some of nightcrawler's speedbar filling), but still seems like a great idea! Losing Cyclops's focus bonus is no biggie, since instead you lower the resistance on everyone as long a there is one bleed out somewhere!
If you say Old Man Logan is on par with Apocalypse for best chars, then Old Man Logan would be higher for the ease of unlocking. Then we will have to worry about how we get future tokens/stars for Old Man Logan.
His main issue is apoc is the ultimate future proof. Apoc is also the ultimate answer. Apoc is still a much better character. I think he is right below sus. Sus is still insane.

I have been wondering about how this might go with swapping out Cyclops. I just keep forgetting to try it out.

Well, I heard those rumours and tried to sim with him yesterday on node 1 of Incursion 2.1 (where I used to fail 1/5 and double tapped 3/5 bc of that hard-to-kill CapSam) and this is where my raid journey ended(
The main purpose of Cyclops on that node is to clear Dorm's revives. Otherwise, you need to kill everyone and AI would probably not target Dorm first so someone like Firestar might get a revive too. And when she ults, 2 or 3 of your characters are instantly dead. That's hypothetical.
Reality is: the sim fails and manual with him is longer (bc of revives) so isn't worth it (would be a triple-tap I suppose). Node 2 with fully charged Cyclops and Sunspot is so easy that I wouldn't even try smth else.
So, you know, we still need Cyclops for 2 nodes and most likely on the boss OML is genuinely worth it (my team with Cyclops usually dies after 2-3 turns bc of Teens so it's hard not to be better😂)
In Arena so far he's negative value for me (mine is a beat weaker than yours as I only got iso 2.4 on him and only passive and special t4s) in the sense that with him Skrull becomes usable again and we end up with 4 almost mandatory characters (BK/Apoc/SuS/OML) instead of 2, all of them are DPC ones, so paid players have them x1.5 than mine and thus every battle is a huge punch-up. When you could use 2-3 SD (or say VK) this difference was significantly smaller.
Never had any problems simming any of the mutant nodes with OML I have done it for a while now with minus Cyclops.
@Boilon well, I suppose your team is much better equipped (even with correction of 2.3 vs 2.1), especially with T4s. I was never even close to simming any of the nodes with Cyclops, just pointed out that node 1 might be harder to do on time with OML.
The special hasn't been working that way for me in arena against BK with striker isolated. Both BK and Penny have blocked his special.
BK has 1000% resist with defense up. OML needs to be skirisher for him to flip buffs.

Switched to skirmisher and same thing, the BK on defense dodges the special ability
@@colinpaul2171 Just did an Arena attack on my Alt account. My level 95 4y1r 257K OML with skirmisher iso stunned a Level 100 4y4r 372K BK. I don't know what to tell you except your OML isn't big enough.

you can still use him on the node with Dormammu, but I have had the same or better results using Logan with a G18 team on 2.3
Is there a reason to have striker on oml? The whole always assist seems like straight up any iso that applies vulnerable.
Tbh, i 1 tapped mutant boss for the first time, -gambit tho, i believe it was better
