If you have MSI lapy you just need to press Fn + F6, Camera is disabled by default will not show up in device manager

if camera isnt displayed in the device manager, click on view and select show hidden apps and uninstall camera drivers and restart ur pc , it will work

This is when your hardware is connected properly, unfortunately the 0xA00F4244 doesn't say if the the nature of the issue is software or hardware

Mine is not working either. I have camera or imaging in device manager. I had my screen replaced two months ago but did not think to see if every single program worked. I now have a zoom interview and will not be able to have video. Asurion was no help. I tried unhiding and all that was recommended.

I didn't have it show up too. I realized that my laptop had a camera button (FN key + camera (F10 for me)) and it turned on. I've never pressed those keys together before so Idk why it was turned off.
