yes heatshiver gives more power but you dont need power instead of this helmet gives cap block spell damage this makes you tanky especially for sanctum you can block spells

how can you maintain rf without hp lost, i have mageblood with ruby flask, 2 eudrance charge , still lost hp
You should add regenerate life per second on any flask + you should open vitality and cap fire resist i think will be enough
