Not sure if this helps, but this helped me stop binge eating junk food: If you restrict a food to the point that it becomes something you absolutely can’t have, you’ll crave it more. It might sounds backwards, but having at least 1 thing of junk food constantly around you will help you ease into the “everything in moderation” mindset. This allows for you to maintain your diet by having only one or two squares of chocolate anytime you’re craving it (even if it’s everyday). It’s difficult at first and I never thought I could do it with ice cream (I always ate a whole pint), and now I only have a few bites of it a couple times a months. Best of luck to you, and please remember to be gentle on yourself!

So I was wondering if you could maybe do a kind of...audio/visual whispered tour of something you enjoy? Whether that be your drum kit. Guitar. Video games. Something you collect. Anything really. I love how he doesn’t have a high pitch talking voice like other asmr creators. With other creators I couldn’t even close my eyes without getting sparks of anxiety every time they talked. Patrick’s voice is so calm, soothing, quiet. Best asmr voice I’ve ever heard honestly

The mango makes such good sounds. It sounds soft like padded foam almost but its just plastic. I love it so much and the banana too. The soft tapping is peak, always love some yaps.

I feel you on wanting to eat sweets and “unhealthy” foods but no food is “unhealthy” just some other foods are more nutritious. I recommend you to incorporate the little treats you like into your diet and don’t be too restrictive with them since that’s what causes you to want to eat more of them. But keep crushing it just get back to it, a few days of not being on plan won’t ruin all your progress Patt! 💪
