Nice, love the effects it gives you. I am 64 years old and I have used paint brushes many many times over the years, and never has anyone told me or have I heard that I should paint slow enough for the paint on my brush to keep up. I always wondered why the brush felt empty but when washed seemed to have so much paint being wasted. Thank you so much for that tidbit. Who says you can’t teach an old granny new tricks. I learn something new every day. Thank you for the lesson, I seem to have so much more to learn.

Flow extender is an excellent option too I've found. Acrylic dries so fast. Makes the paint feel nice.
Great technique, how would you deal with it using oil paint on an easel, here is a challenge for you LOL Thanks.
We it depends on your painting. You can do grass
however you want. Lol. Scriptliner brushes work better I find for lettering I find. I'd recommend maybe trying both to see what you like.

No it wasn't, it was very informative. It was a masterful teaching...similar to learning martial arts, you dont just go in and start hitting people. A lot of it is "unnecessary" practice, to perfection. I heard and saw just what I needed regarding paint brush length, brush control, strokes, paint consistency, etc. It reminds me of a scene in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, a martial arts classic; they were discussing how to hold a brush to paint calligraphy/Chinese writing. They said it's all in the wrist, etc. There's an art to art, paint brushes included.
