It was amazing to wrestle with him.. he is truly a great wrestler… I helped with a camp to get him ready for Olympic trials.. it was awesome.

Kendal Cross is such a humble unicorn. I remember seeing him first at our schools pep assembly on a helicopter when I was in high school some time after he won the gold. We had a poster of him standing in front of American flag wearing the gold for the U.S that I used to see in the gym. It was for me unusual seeing someone that once attended the same high school become the greatest wrestler on the planet. (He’s my all time favorite wrestler). He has that natural perception and gifting that puts others in a situation.
