This is honestly one of the BEST layouts I've seen. I could see a model like this being used not just by campers but by parks that have rentals. I usually rent an RV at our fave campground (Tho I'm in the market for my own) and a model like this would be ideal for versatility.

Yes agree abt the valences - just remove them.
Other than a dorky kingsize bed br is decent.
The 2nd bedroom i'd replace the murphy bed with shelves and remove the gaedy couch & put in a sitting chair &/or small recliner. Would make a good office/craft room.
MUD room is good but the shoe storage needs enlarged for boots.

Yea, we don't like valances, but these ones aren't too horrible. That's what's so nice about this RV is that it can work for so many different people. People who need a second bedroom for kids, can be a bedroom for grandkids on random weekends or a second living space and office.
The second bed is a bit strange cause it does have a couch. I do like the counter tho.
As a single dude no kids, I would probably convert that bedroom into a legit office.
Makes that room multi-functional!
Not enough storage in bathroom or kitchen. But other than that... lovely.
