honestly i think there's enough storage for regular cars as is, it's mostly just limited cars taking up space that is a bit of an issue, if those didn't take up space/had a separate garage section then it would probably be fine

limited cars lose the same amount as normal cars when you sell them, there may be a marketplace to sell limited cars to other players in the future though

It's cool but it's added 2 new glitches: not being able to spawn cars even if you rejoin (if you rejoin the same server) and lots of lag.
