The super touch response increase may actually make the second biggest difference after the refresh rate for true competitive gaming. This phone is a dream.

I think phone manufacturer are overlooking one important attribute which for me is the battery. If theres a phone that can last 2 days on a single charge with decent performance, I'd buy it over a powerful phone. Seriously, most of us only needs a battery. Why carry a power bank or charger around. a 10k mah on iphone xs sounds like a dream come true (or any androod phone)
It checks my boxes forward facing stereo speakers, nice screen, good battery. This might me my next phone just for those and the other things are just a bonus.
That and the built-in R1 and L1 sensors for gaming, headphone jack and a reasonably good camera. I'll be waiting for this phone instead, unless the new Samsung can top this, which I highly doubt it will.

This phone comes close to being my dream phone - add wireless charging, a better camera setup (I love having the triple camera setup on my S10) and some for of water protection, and I'm all in. And I wish more phones used this form factor - SYMMETRICAL top and bottoms bezels housing the camera and dual FORWARD firing stereo speakers with a flat OLED display...I love it!
6:24 Asus Zenfone 6 is not "HALF THE PRICE", just 80-100$ cheaper.... It can also be considered as a legitimate upgrade to Zenfone 6 with OLED+Bigger Battery+a few more upgrades - Rotating Camera Module. 👍👍

As a PC Gamer, If they can improve the camera, I'd buy it just for the specs. Why? Because I'm a sucker for great hardware. And with those specs the phone would never lag :) I don't play mobile games though.

Many of us mock gaming devices, but the makers have one very big thing going for them; they don't get rid of features on a whim. Sure, they often go to the extreme and throw in the kitchen sink, but if that means I will get the set of features I want (and potentially like some of the others), fantastic! I think I'm actually prepared to move away from the Galaxy Note for this. And that's saying a lot as I LOVE the Wacom stylus. But, if Samsung are going to remove the headphone jack, curve the display (but not enough for it to be a good feature), make it all form over function, remove the bezels, have at best okay speakers, use a hole punch camera, and not adequately cool it; then I have no more time or more importantly money for them. Now, if this phone had a Wacom EMR stylus like the Notes... I'd give my left arm for that, even if it meant say, giving up 500mAh of battery. No microSD card slot is a bummer though.
Samsung is going down. If the note 10 is as crappy as we're expecting, then there's no reason not to get that phone. I love having a bezel, gives more room for the camera and prevents you from accidentally touching the screen and making mistakes, I love the headphone jack, the battery is insane. Who cares if it's thicker than other phones? That's fantastic! This phone makes total practical sense. I really hope it pushes Samsung to step it up on the s11, instead of removing tons of important features on their phones, and adding useless things that people don't need. I'm sold.
Waiting for mine, but looks like a very solid phone..:) AND more "Stock" android is nice, hardware and Battery that is good. SO wil be fun try out. Not play much games, but specs is very solid for daily use...

For normal usage you can downclock the cpu ;) and have a wonderful battery usage. Amazing geek phone i love it.

Modern cpus should automatically downclock in proportion to the load.
