    During dhyana, kundalini raising can be seen with mild sound produced from within body like buses and lorries stopped, the driver releases air from engine. Gurunanak kundalini raised 4 Chakras as per their scripture. As per scriptures of budha, all kharmas can be avoided with dhyana and proved.

      Our pravachana karthalu not developing people. They are still keeping only at Pooja level, like when a baby started going to school started learning a, b c, etc is still keeping them same stage evev after completing pg or doctorate. They are not guiding to worship real God. It is people's unfortunate.

      @@rkraop7512 sir ప్రవచాకర్థలు మనకు ఏమి చెప్పనక్కర్లేదు మనస్పూర్తిగా ఎవరు పూజ చేస్తారో పూజ అనే కాదు ఏ కర్మైన దానిలో ఎదుగుదల కచ్చితంగా ఉంటుంది.మన అంతరంగం ఎప్పుడు ఒక అడుగు ముందుకు వేయాలనే ఉంటుంది.ఎందుకంటే ఈ సృష్టి లోని ప్రతి మూలం మనలోనే ఉంది . వాళ్ళు వల్ల way చెపుతారు మీరు మీ వే చెప్తారు కాకపోతే దానిని నిజంగా ఎలా అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి అన్న జ్ఞానం వాల్ల mind లెవెల్స్ ఆత్మ వలన కలుగుతుంది.కానీ ఇంతగా సాధించిన మీరు ఒకరి గురించి తక్కువగా మాట్లాడటం
