Vanny's story, although seemingly resolved, has still just begun. It feels like there is so much more to her as a character, even after being saved.

The thing is the afton ending is the true ending and theres no seen of vanny anywhere in that ending
I kinda hope they make something that tells us more about Vanny. She barely had any screentime, while the trailers seemed like her and Vanessa would play a bigger role in this, not just like three small chase scenes im the beginning :/ (Or four if you count Vanny's short appearence in the sewers)
10/10 best ending. Gregory gets a family, Freddy got to leave the pizzaplex, and Vanessa got her life back. It does leave some loose threads for future installments (see part 16), hopefully with Gregory as our new main protagonist (along with Fred-Head of course)!
Just a small add on: princess quest definitely symbolizes Vanessa and her journey the the past two games(and the roll the protagonist plays). The first one represents the events of help wanted, with the sixteen lanterns you’re required to light representing the 16 tapes to assemble glitch trap. The second one is a bit iffy, though my best guess is that it’s Vanessa trying to fight glitch trap through the locked door so she can have her life back (or possibly it represents Gregory defeating aftons remnant that attached itself to the games to weaken his hold on vanny). The third one represents Vanessa escaping from inside the prison and regaining her life.

Judging by Vanessa saying he has no family to speak of, and the ending where he escaped at 6 A.M. only to return to a box in a dirty alleyway instead of going to his home (if he had one, that is), it seems pretty accurate to say that yeah. The boy's an orphan, a homeless one.
Perhaps the kids Vanny speaks of in the trailer were other homeless orphan kids that were Gregory's friends. Perhaps she lured them in the Pizzaplex offering merch and food, and once the doors closed, she killed them.
In that regard, if that's what was happening, she was more intelligent than Afton at least. People noticed, yes, but there really was no one that could sue Fazbear Ent. and she could get away with the killings more easily. That would also explain why Gregory has Glam Freddy shoes, yet didn't have an actual entrance or photo pass for the Pizza Plex. He didn't had the money or even the possibility to enter there because he didn't have a family that could bring him there.
Edit: btw, in the cutscenes the shoes seem brand new. And Gregory being orphaned and homeless could also explain why he's actually really self sufficient for a 8-11 year old kid. He knows how to drive, fix really advanced technology, control robots so easily and why he doesn't really trusts anyone much. It also could explain a little better how Freddy could've found him. As we know, the animatronics apparently have a special feature to help little kids who get lost find his parents. Maybe, before showtime, Freddy found Gregory and tried to help him find his family (probably just assumed that Gregory was lost in the party that was mentioned to be held in that moment there, the little girl's birthday which ended up being ruined by Freddy's malfunction, hence why he didn't scan him before). Seeing that he couldn't find them and showtime was getting close, he maybe left the boi in the Green Room to wait for him until it was over. Then the whole hacking of the robots happened. When Freddy was left in his green room, Gregory just hid himself until he was alone with Freddy, hid then in his stomach cavity, que the beginning of the game.
Also, Vanny luring them there and getting them in the Pizzaplex would explain why there's no actual data of Gregory in the system. It's way easier to just hide a killing of someone that wasn't registered than of an actual customer. Because Fazbear learns from it's mistakes :)
This ending implies quite a bit once paired up along other things. Namely Vanessa knowing Gregory before the whole thing since she knows he's homeless, knows where to find him after the bad/leaveing end, and supposedly knows he doesn't have any family. Though this ending could very well imply that she is family to him or possibly something not so close. Either way it's rather interesting
If you think about it, the original trailer of Vanessa talking was actually talking to us BEFORE she is a placement of a host body for glitchtrap after fnaf vr.
Very interesting implications with this ending, it definitely has the best results; Vanny is saved, Gregory made it out safe, Freddy is ok despite being just a head, probably the "best" ending even if it isn't the "canon" ending.

Theory: Vannesa is related to Gregory in some way, and Vanny is her evil alter ego from probably insanity. She doesn't want to hurt anyone, it's just her going insane.

The best ending was the princess quest. Vanessa is free from glitchtrap, gregory was free, and freddy was free even with only his head. That is why it is a three star. Each star represents how many characters will survive. Three stars represents vannessa, gregory, and fredyy
That’s true dude this really has to be the best ending but it’s a very very close tie with the ending here Gregory escapes with Freddy and they can stay together because Gregory brought Freddy back his power with a shock from the car Battery :D

The ending was actually rlly sweet. I do wonder what happened with the other animatronics and the missing kids, though, as well as how Greggory got into this situation in the first place. Hopefully more information will be revealed in other endings and/or be scattered across the games. I feel like the notes will end up being important. One thing I wonder about is if Glamrock Freddy is also related to Greggory. It would explain why he doesn’t go after him like the other animatronics and continues to help him throughout the game, as well as his overall fatherly tone towards Greggory. It would also make the final scene of this ending be like the family is finally reunited
What if he was possessed by Gregory’s father and vanessa’s his mother, which is why she didn’t fully destroy him for helping Gregory, since she knew he was special to her? 😳🤭🤔

Glambear Freddy doesn't go after Gregory because he cannot connect to the network at the start of the game, he was offline at the time. The other animatronics are after Gregory because they were hacked by glitch trap through the network they are connected to.

Wow... This is actually a pretty happy ending, all things considered:
Vanny was saved from Glitchtrap's virus-based brainwashing, Freddy's still alive- albeit in head form (look at it this way, big guy! Less energy needed for the rest of the body~?)-, and who knows, maybe Greg got himself a nice little home to live in, since Vanessa's still around?

Vanessa was one of the beta testers that became a victim at the hands of Glitchtrap. I just love how that plush you get at the end of help wanted was somehow part of what was controlling Vannesa. Also the other Vanny ending is a little more messed up because she was being controlled and you could have saved her.

This was awesome, I also feel really terrible for the animatronics. They had no control of their actions, and the fact that they were tortured throughout the whole game like this is also sad considering they could be sentient and that depending on the ending/endings they're just left to die either by the fires or just not recharging. Especially since throughout the game, Freddy shows how much he cares for them all and their safety, and the fact he never finds out what happened to them all (Even though Gregory was defending himself.) is also sad. It would've been cool if in secret (Hiding or in certain areas at certain times/collecting certain items thoughout the game), you could hear/see the animatronics talk either by themselves or to each other, show their personalities and their friendships and how they all care for each other and to actually get to know them and what they're really like. Like for Roxy, we get to see her talk and a bit of her personality, even though it was sad that she thinks of herself like that and as Gregory is in Freddy, he talks to her to help her feel better. But yeah, it would've been cool if we saw who the animatronics were like before Vanny took control of them and that there was lore or at least more lore to the animatronics. It also would've been cool if after you beat them/take them down temporarily, you could choose to save them and turn them back to normal/out of Vanny's control (In which all of them i mean Roxy, Monty and Chica) and even escape the Megaplex together, that way Freddy can be with his friends again or to just leave them as they are (Very heavily damaged) like you do in the game. But yeah, these are just my thoughts. Basically, I wish there was more to the animatronics personality, friendship and lore wise (They do with Roxy, with her insecurities and what she says, but only a little bit.) Also, I think what Roxy says (Since she's the only one that insults you) including the other animatronics while looking for you, is also because of Vanny's control. But yeah, I just wish there was a more happy ending for the animatronics. Like what I said before, if Gregory and or Freddy could free them from Vanny's control and help them/get to know them throughout the game and that Freddy, Chica, Roxy and Monty could be free to explore the outside world and even be parents to Gregory. But this is just my thoughts, thank you for playing through this game. I think there's going to be DLC in the future, but yeah, can't wait for more. Also for the people that read this whole comment, thanks and what do you think about the animatronics?

It’s still so hard for me to fathom that this is an actual Five Nights game. Quite a far cry from the original game. How far the games and the community have come over the years is truly astonishing.

i think i understand this ending. basically, Vannessa's real soul, not the one implemented into her by Glitchtrap, was stuck in the Princess Quest minigames, just like how glitchtrap was scattered across different components. she was stuck, and the only way out was for you to take control of her, where you encounter glitchtrap to make her remember that she isn't just some video game character, find the real office so she can look for a way out, and break the door, which looks kinda close to the one that glitchtrap seals you behind in that one ending. after that, she is finally free from glitchtrap's influence, and happily ever after

I've liked and subscribed. I've been a fan since 2014 and I'm really excited to try and win this game. I've been waiting a while and now here's my chance. I just hope I get lucky, cross my fingers and hope for the best!
10/10 ending. That was great, Vanessa was saved, Freddy was able to leave, and Gregory got a family of the sorts.
I was wondering if Gregory could possibly be related to Vanessa somehow. Maybe that's the reason that Gregory went in the first place.
His sister started working there but she got her memory wiped or whatever and couldn't remember. But then she was freed and able to remember.
That's just what I think though. I'm just going based off this game because I definitely don't know as much lore and stuff as others do.

Such an awesome & heartwarming ending and hopefully Fusion is able to find the others (allegedly there is at least 1/2 more I think others have said.) Hope Fusion can have more of a break because wow he's done so much speedrunning this game multiple times even with its bugs both minor and more serious gamebreaking ones.

This game is so stunning to look at, even with some of the graphics turned down it’s still just so bright and colourful and yet so creepy at the same time, it really does make you believe both that it’s a terrifying place to be at night, but also that it would be a wonderland for kids to play at, this is the sort of place I would have dreamed of being able to go as a kid, it’s like fnaf’s version of Disney world.

Gregory kept playing just to save her. She’s the princess. He opened the gate and she was no longer trapped. She had her soul back. Just like when Slade broke the gate in Trigons hell.
