Just discovered this - 15 min straight for this 68yo no way! But I turned up and tried my best - easier than I’d imagined sooo proud of myself - you’re helping me not only get fitter, slimmer and drop my BP but returning my confidence ❤️🙏🏻

Newer to rowing. I tend to like fast HIIT type workouts and almost skipped this because I thought it would be too slow for me. I’m glad I didn’t! This actually kicked my butt. I really liked how hard it was to actually slow down my returns. Your comments were perfect. Got me back on track every time I needed it.

Man, thank you. For this somewhat flabby, busy, salaryman dad, you are working a miracle on my motivation. Pulling hard right alongside you. Pls keep this going!

This helped a lot by breaking my 15 min into 3 segments with a different rate each. This helps me concentrate during the exercise and makes it go faster, so to speak. I also realized you are reaching farther forward at the catch than I was doing. I am tall, also. You are a great help.

You’re a rowing genius. I just found you two weeks ago after rowing in my Concept 2 but not really feeling it. Now, I’m on track, burning and gaining strength. Your breathing is perfect. I can follow every stroke and inhale/ exhale. Awesome

Loved this workout. Very doable yet got a sweat going. Loved the fact that you only talked about the workout-No unnecessary chitchat. Makes me able to repeat this one a lot without hearing the same stories over and over. Thanks. Look forward to doing this one again. 😊

Best daily workout so far!! An acceptable way to get your daily 3km in without killing yourself. I’d been doing 2km at a stroke rate of 26 and I was dead at the end of every session. However, this is a much more efficient and successful workout!! By far the best channel on TH-cam! This was a great video man and looking forward to keeping pace with you in future videos!!

How far does anyone's rowing machine say that they've covered in the 15 minutes? Mine said 3km. Just wondered because my one is a cheapo thing so just seeing if that's in the right ballpark.
