Jo In Sung and Song Ji Hyo are adorable together ! I was so happy seeing them together again on RM (even if it was just them greeting each other). I know a lot of people harped on about how awkward it would be if he made an appearance on the show BUT from simply watching their interactions during promotions and Ji Hyo saying she sent a text to him (back in 2012/2013) saying she missed him when she went past the place they filmed the movie , I knew that wouldn't be the case. At the end of the day it's a movie, if you can't watch explicit content without being judgmental etc then it's best to skip it, as simple as that.
the bed scenes were intense, not gonna lie. however, they really did play a huge role in devloping the characters' relationships and the story line. so please do not watch and judge for what they did on screen, but watch it to truly become connected with the movie. (if you absolutely cannot, then obviously, dont) every actor played his or her role part phenomenally and it easily jumped its way up to the top of my movie list.
Just only seen the trailer part of a love scene on the library thing I was kinda surprise this actress is really this daring compare to her role as Prince jumong 2nd wife
I love this movie, it was so intense and I never got bored :o I love how comfortable they are with each other lol, and I have to praise them cause those scenes must have took alot of courage to do. It really shows how much they give of themselves to do their job right.

I really don't understand why people are freaking out about the sex scenes. They're ACTORS for god sake. They are bound to make nude/sex scenes. It takes a lot of effort to do this. Physically and mentally. They did a fantastic job portraying the emotions and actions in this movie. You're not a true fan if you're downing their career and passion.

I totally agree with you. I think those sex scenes in this movie were done beautifully and were really meaningful from the perspective of the whole story. On the contrary for me the most memorable scenes were the live scenes. The progression from a coerced situation to the passionate intimacy was so beautifully made. It was poetic ( the colours, the gazes, the music...). I applaud the actors for this gem of a movie. ❤
Amazing acting, beautiful music, and the story line was so interesting, touching, and sad all at the same time. One of the only film where I felt like SJH did a great choice in picking it (her performance and drama that she has chosen haven’t always been the best especially the ones where she cheats or is being cheating on).
actually the movie did touch me. I mean this really happens in real life situations. there are a lot who felt the same way as the characters here in the movie. anyway, it was really really good :D the emotions were, priceless :)))
I own this film and watch it over and over......not only for the main leads but for the all star cast including Shim Ji-ho (Green Chair), Song Joong-ki (DOTS), Lim Ju-Hwan (Uncontrollably Fond), No Min-woo (My Girlfriend is a Nine-tailed Fox),Ham Sung-min (All of Us are Dead); the list is amazing! Lots of amazingly-talented and sexy eye-candy in AFF. My favorite line: “You lead me to love, and I couldn’t be more grateful.”

I felt the bedroom scene for the men seem awkward. It looked forced to me, but what would explain that is Jin-mo said in an interview after the Korean movie award ceremony that he said to IS before they filmed the scene that he was not gay and IS said back to him, neither am I. Jin-mo then said he could not look IS in the eyes for three days after filming it. I think that is why I saw awkwardness between them, although their acting in this movie was very good. Chief Hong was my favorite character as well, he just pulled me right into the emotions he was feeling. The bedroom scenes between IS and Ji Hyo looked so real. I loved their heartbreaking love story.

I just finished watching this movie on Facebook. The movie was good. The bed scenes were very intense. However, I couldn't get the full experience due to the subtitles timing being way off. My favorite scene was when Ho Rim was out of town and he was sleeping in the room with two other guys. He reminiscences about the loving making between him and the queen. That's when his feelings for the Queen changed from duty to love. It was also the first time in that love making scene that him and the Queen kissed on the lips. Kissing on the lips is very intimate.

In the movie, I actually found the king creepy. I'm not sure but he was like power tripping to get everything he wants. For example, his favourite knight whom he raised as a child (p alert 😱). And boy , was he obsessed.
The reason i like about bed scene is not about nudity and pleasure... The way these actors were acting feels like it's from deep down of their heart and connected to our emotion somehow. It's just so beautiful.

yeah i'm sure it was her body, but they almost never really have sex in sex scenes. they have to be in a certain position and all sorts of angles and they usually cover the guy's private part with a sock or something. real talk. The movie is beautiful in my opinion and Ji Hyo really did an amazing job with her character, as did the other cast members.

yeah i'm sure it was her body, but they almost never really have sex in sex scenes. they have to be in a certain position and all sorts of angles and they usually cover the guy's private part with a sock or something. real talk. The movie is beautiful in my opinion and Ji Hyo really did an amazing job with her character, as did the other cast members.
