I live in a Toll community 2.5 hours from this community. We purchased 5 years ago. There is no way these houses are worth 1.8 mil starting to me. I’m originally from TX and I just can’t understand how people pay these prices for these homes. My husband says this is the market but it’s insane. This same builder was building these houses for a quarter of this price 5-6 years ago 2 hours from here. I get location but even in this location it’s overpriced to me. But that’s just me. To each their own.
We toured these beautiful models over the weekend and while they are very well appointed, they are too close together. For the price they each should sit on at least an acre of land. Toll Brothers makes BEAUTIFUL homes ❤

Hey Tati, welcome back!🙃. These two homes are beautiful! Toll Brothers is one of my favorites. The owner's suite in the first home is amazing! But the 2nd home is so complete that I love the indoor and outdoor space. I found it interesting that both homes had no bedrooms on the main floors.🤔
How many sq ft ad these? I feel like the primary suites should've been swapped around but they are gorgeous. Toll Brothers always make beautiful properties.

It’s overpriced I’m from Houston and took brother Hines range from 400k-1mil
