Basically. He had a 'happy little accident' and he became a bit of a monster (he has claws, sharper teeth, etc). And he still works as a JESTER (not a clown, guys😞), doing performances etc. Simply, he hates being humiliated, etc, it pisses him off and throws him over the edge and he just snaps, (slaughtering) the people who humiliated him after the performance as the innocent people are gone.
