I will also say, put in a GFCI breaker or another GFCI outlet 'up stream'. On your aluminum buss bar, make sure you sand the surface clean to make sure there is no clear anodizing or corrosion of any kind. Then coat it with anti-oxidize paste made for aluminum wire connections.
If you cant fit a ground fault in the outlet, you can put a ground fault breaker in the circuit breaker box for that outlet. ;) Although that looks like a specialized Breaker panel you using I don't know if you can swap one of the breakers out for a GFCI breaker. Another option, is to put another outlet between the breaker and the kitchen outlet and make it a GFCI outlet, which would cut power for both if it detects a ground fault.
Thanks for the ideas, the din mount GFCI breakers take up 2 spaces and I don't have room. I may put an outlet in the closet that could protect the kitchen. I think the campground outlets are GFCI so that would protect the whole coach. They also make pigtail GFCI cords that would protect the whole coach.
I'm working on a 76 royal with a rear bath. Redoing the shower board. Trying fasting the board to the outside wall. Do you know where the rib is. They in stalled the old board in behind the tub. I'm going to cover over with the same board you put in the ceiling.
I would tear it out and start fresh. Does the rear bath have three windows? There is a c shaped channel on each side of the side windows. I can probably get you some dimensions. PM your phone number and I will call you.

Another idea, would be a spa/hot tub GFCI disconnect. That way, your whole coach would be protected.
