Nice animation, the impact frame goes crazy! A suggestion I would add would be to add more follow through with the punch when you cut from the anticipation pose, like have the arm cocked back more for a bigger range of motion and impact, and have the punching bag fly back. Other than that I'd say you did a good job on the animation!
