Hi, is there a benefit for a landlord to be registered or unregistered ? There is no more exempetion for 20Lakh or below earned rent for 12 months right ? FCM VS RCM amnount will be equal regardless of the mechanism ?
Land Lord is Unregistered & Total Rent income is below Rs. 10 Lacs ,also Tenant is Registered so Liability of Paying RCM is on Tenant, within how many days RCM invoice is to be made? Rent inv. Is raised on 5/10/24. Hence RCM is prepared with in how many days??
