- Video VLOG of what happened on the farm on Sunday October 6, 2019. We had rain showers off and on all day but did get to harvest a little bit of corn. Had plans to plant another field of winter wheat but the rain changed that plan and later in the day I cleaned up a tree that fell in one of the fields.

We have a J&M 1112 believe this is our 3rd season for it I like the cart you don’t have to have it crammed full to have a semi load but I have two complaints it’s almost way to tall and the spout has the grain come out to wide and if your dumping in a hopper you have to be careful about the straps cause it will bounce right out of the truck
Ok I want to change my mind, the 9410 looks sweet on the cart in the drone footage
I feel bad for all the farmers without youtube channels who aren't getting free grain carts this season.
Thanks for the video's Mike. Like to see the unload auger put down though. So you don't have one of those "oh sh-t" moments.
Use the cart app when you're unloading the combine onto it. Be able to tell when the cart is full.
The glaring fact about the U.S. being so heavily into corn farming is that it sells allot of equipment that's needed to chase those big bushel crops.

I'm not sure mike but it sounded like your chain wasn't wet enough, maybe step the oiler up. but your bar wasn't smoked so probably not that. wondered how much 7018 you used for your welding rod. When I welded all day every day for many years, on equipment I used that a lot because it matched metals really well.

Probaly not. The cart is black cause its a new design that was sent out there for jm. Alot other farmers are starting to get them

Question: What happens to the Ears after the corn is 'shucked' by the combine? Is it ground up and ejected with the husks? Love the channel, keep up the great work!

You might like to let your chainsaw warm up before you ask it to work hard. The piston can grow quicker than the cylinder and can cause the piston to seize at the exhaust port. The rings jam and then it won't go next time you start it.

Are there any plans in the works to put Halo View or AG Cam Cameras on the auger spout, the rear of the cart or a camera on the top drivers side corner looking down into the cart...

Mike, why the cart wheels mounted backwards? I asked our other TH-cam Farmers and they did not know why...guess was it will dig less.
Told they don't wear as much in this direction when you are not actually using them for traction.

Husqvarna has the same quirk. Their standard chains are set up for soft woods like pine. you get them into a hardwood and the chain stops because the bite is too agressive. once the chain gets some wear they cut hardwoods better. Wave them at pine and they cut like light sabres

How many tons did you collect per hectare?
How does the tractor operator know how fast to go when picking up on the go? I used to use a gear and RPM, would speed past combine, find 8 rows over for front tire and then shift down to my gear and set RPM and then watch combine operator.
That ladder is really neat on that cart. Does the special edition come in other colors too?
Are brakes not standard? Thought they might be with the weight in the grain cart.
No they are not. I would never take a loaded cart down the road though.
