I have PF Account for my past two companies but one company doesn't have PF then HR asked me in HR Interview and he told me he needs to discuss with business team and will update you. Can i get offer letter

For which batch they are sending the offer letters? My interview happened in 2022 and i didn't get any update after that when i mailed them about that they replied that request to wait for declare interview results and keep a regular check on your mails..
