About Me
My name is Brandon Herrera. I'm the owner and operator of The AK Guy Inc, a 07 Firearm Manufacturer based out of Fayetteville, NC. I also co-own Stark Media Group, and designed the rifle known as the AK-50.

Yeah about the Chipman thing, I just got a text from "Sharon at Moms Demand Action" trying to get me to call a local senator (Angus King, I live in Maine) to tell him to confirm Chipman. I called to give him a few reasons not to, but not before telling Sharon what kind of person she was trying to get appointed to public office.
Seriously though, more people need to be calling their senators to tell them why this guy is unfit for the job.

I'm also highly skeptical that SOF would receive training from a guy with zero training or service. That just doesn't smell right. SWAT doesn't seem especially likely either.
@@andrewbroeker9819 I know a person who was instructing military personnel in the use of remote controlled airplanes for surveillance. He's 100% a civvie never served but this wasn't a combat thing. Fun fact he was being investigated for potentially being an arms smuggler and selling to terrorists groups. Now I don't know if it was true but I do know he doesn't hang out in America much anymore.

Personally I am never going to buy a modlight because their company culture is trash and their product is overpriced IMO. Never bought anything from T Rex but I'm not against buying anything from them either. Modlite can do whatever they want when it comes to their business. They aren't trying to persuade us not to buy from T Rex.
NavyMan had excellent points about why you shouldn't peak with your face in a gunfight. He wasn't trying to get Trex canceled, its was just fair criticism. Trex goofed and its fair to call him out on it.
Saying the truth doesn't need to be redacted is too broad of a brush to use for people wanting to pull vids. Example, GarandThumb pulled his comment on the same vid bc it was being misinterpreted. It still is the truth, but Garand chose to redact it. You need to be careful with that kind of rhetoric bc it can paint people like NavyMan to be more of a badguy than they really are to people who follow you. (Hence the same reason Garand pulled his comment about Trex.)
Supporting criticism is supporting free speech. If we can't criticize each other openly then we are self censoring ourselves. You are right, our community needs to be more united, but that doesn't mean people are infallible bc they have a big following: (MAC scalping SVDs.)

My only comment about Navyman specifically was that I’m shocked his video was able to have the effect that it did relative to his following, especially since I’d never heard of him before.

Y’all can laugh at that target but I took an armed security class where the instructor (former marine) actually required us as part of the qualification process to shoot a target with a double tap to the chest and then to either the head or the neeners. The reasoning was that if the double tap to the center mass doesn’t stop your target (becasue body armor or whatever), a shot to the pelvic region will disable your attacker and be easier to land than a head shot.

Lmao I bubba’d my Rossi rs.22. It’s the gun that makes gun guys giggle while scaring the uneducated. Bought a new stock for it which came with Picatinny rails. So obviously I bought a flash light and a laser. I also got a 25 round mag for it which is AR style, so it’s big.
