Would you consider a half of sheet cake a suitable size for a suitcase cake
I used a quarter sheet, but if you need to feed a lot of people then a half sheet would definitely work too!
He which powder ur mixing with fondant to get dry
It's called tylose powder, I use the one called Wilton Gum-Tex Tylose Powder.
Where they travelling now its very cold

I kept it in the fridge overnight before it was picked up for the party. You can keep it for a couple of days in the fridge but the cake will dry out over time.
