The house is fairly new and probably doesn't hold any cultural significance for UNESCO to care about it. If it did have more culture to it I would think they could be interested.

All what I'm concerned about while looking at that place is what happens to everything when a flood or tornado occurs. Easily Millions to Billions of dollars damaged.
This place is built like a fortress. A tornado hitting it would be unlikely. More likely would be a hurricane honestly. I think it would do ok. It's elevated enough that I believe it would escape flooding. Homes like this are built of concrete block and have hurricane impact windows that are rated to category five hurricane.
