- A pac3 based off of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, to be more specific, the 2006 live show of the musical. The model isn't entirely mine, it started out as a public New Generation Tripod model, but I completely redid the eyes, mouth area, search lights, and about half of the legs. The only thing that isn't mine either is the heatray, but it'll be replaced once I learn how to use projectiles in pac better.

The Black Smoke cannon is also still a WIP, I just wanted to show off the model itself since its mostly complete.

will this ever go public, so excited to (if it does come out) get it. this is astonishing and mindblowing to see such an accurate tripod of this fashion in garrys mod. you blew this out of the park and cant wait to see what else you will do with it.

@@courier_06 no problem, make sure you go to the cables and face them all downwards, at the moment it appears that one end of the cable is facing forwards.
Also make sure anything that’s a beam (from what I see the cables and lower pistons) has “translucent” checked. This fixes the rendering problem where the beams appear in front of particles like the heat ray.
Lastly, some simple recommendations;
Move the torso further forwards, or alternatively the two front legs further back, at the moment they jut forwards.
For the cannon, add an event like weapon class rather than manually hiding and un hiding it.

i didn't really have a design planned out, i just tried different things for several months until it got this point. I did take a look at some public pacs to learn how people did certain things though

The machine is good but the shading aren't like the underfooked version it was much better and hade diffrient machines also but make shadings
yeah underfook's is better, i just kitbashed this model lol
Underfooked added there own things while courier on the other hand actaully based it off on the real thing so its accurate
