As an old engineer, I have to say this is a beautiful piece of engineering. Keep up the good work.

Very good. You're addressing a typical unanswered pain in amateur aircraft building. Plus total transparency on build cost. Great idea.

Glad to see you guys are going with the airmaster prop ! I plan to do the exact same thing. I will be choosing the less expensive GRT efis though versus the Garmin.

I love what you guys are doing.
did you guys start with aircraft requirements?
    is there a certification path?

great job on the tool! What if we want two g3x displays?
I would love to see a template where we could use a piece of plywood and route the different positions to pegs at the right distances for the purposes of creating the harnesses (suppose i could build this now that i've described it :-) I've seen Midwest Avionics do this for the Sling aircraft.

You could create an editable copy of the sheet, add the second G3X display to the device list, and add the necessary interconnects to the Device Connections sheet. We would definitely like to advance the sheet to a point where it could generate wiring diagrams for the harness that give a more visual layer to this information.

You mentioned ground terminals.. Can the carbon fuselage be used as 'ground ?

Good question. Although carbon is conductive, we run dedicated wire for the ground leads throughout the plane.
