Hi Alex. I'm so glad you are shooting these videos. I think you are back in the UK now. So, I'll wish you good luck in all that you do. I know that Billy and the team are glad to have helping and lending your expertise. Enjoy!
Glad to hear you're back safe in the UK.
Enjoyed all your hard work in France with the Pethericks and gang.
Love seeing Lela roaming about in the background. Nice video
Alex, next time at The Convent, please get Billy to show us where he's seeking permission to make a garden gate to get equipment in and out of the garden.
Do an aerial drone shot and from the ground.
Thank you.
I agree, I thought the grounds were in the back. In the beginning, he shows a little of the church and the grounds are on the right.
Thank you for show this to us. Looking forward to see you in France again.
Good work Alex very creative you are a hard worker indeed .Hope to see you and Lela again its such a good dog Happy trails lad
Looks like you and Leyla made it home safely. Looking forward to more videos from England.
I love learning about the drone process- great video!
Quite interesting Alex and both shots are brilliant, thank you !
Great fun to watch the process, I had no idea all the steps! Thanks for sharing.
Brilliant really enjoyed it, thank you.
Glad you got home safe loved the drone shots ❤
NICE shots Alex clever things drones and of course you using it Alex😘
Hope your ventures are successful, Alex!
I thought that worked really well. Both buildings are stunning.
Great video! When you’re back in France can you do a drone of the entire property of the convent as well as the chateau? We see parts that are being worked on and it would be great to see the entire picture. Wonderful work!!!!😊
Lala is such a good girl. I know now that drone flying is way beyond my skill set. Great job, you are pushing on to new aventures. I miss you being at the Convent already.
Hey Alex!! Great shots of the convent and the chateau!!
They came out pretty well I think xx 🎉🎉🎉
Great vlog Alex, glad you’re home safely. I’m glad youve got Lela for company in the dark 😀xxx💕💕
Hi, Alex!!
Although I am ignorant about the tech side of your work, your explanations are so clear, that I am able to easily follow -- a joy for me!
I am an old lady, living in the semi-arid climate of Southern California. We do have great beauty here; our suburb (built in the early 1960's) is nexr door to permanent open space. So we have hillsides, giant boulders, some red, some large trees, lots of scrub.
Anyway, I do enjoy where we live.
But you bring the beauty of rural France to us! So green!!!
I never imagined that you are not a very experienced drone operator! Your work is excellent.
Love to Lela ❤
Chateau looks so beautiful. Especially at night. Sad no one lives there.
Amazing. Lots of effort for 1 minute of footage. A good application of the effort you make.
Gosh that was amazing footage. Love watching your vlogs. Thanks for sharing with us
beautiful vlog and videography.❤
Very interesting, Alex. Thank you for explaining the tech. Hope to see/hear you back at France soon again.
So no drone use during the hurricane? Well there goes my plan for Helene.
Just watched The Pethericks video, saw the opening shots and wondered how a drone was flown safely at night. Interesting. Thanks.
The blended shots turned out beautifully! I did not notice any glitches at all. That's a great technique to have in your repertoire.
O that is so cool how you presented this at end
fyi one yt is using their drone to keep track of new magma on the Island of Iceland. Yes they can see heated magma under roads, towns, blue lagoon! Pretty cool along w/ the vids! Enjoy!
For a first time try out, to me, it turns out brilliant. Plus the dedication to make it.. waking up that early 👍💪 glad that Leila always keeps you company 💙
Wearing the go-pro doesn't make you look like a moppet. After all, it can be seen as a badge of office for someone in your line of work. Thanks for the content!
Great video man. I often wonder what kind of jobs you and Simon do when not at the convent so It will be pretty cool to what kind of things you get up to on here.
Wow, so interesting -- & stunning -- to see the day to night video! & although I understand that hours of work go into a short segment of finished video, you gave us more insight.
Looking forward to your adventures, Alex!
I know you are missed back in France!
EXCELLENT VIDEO😊
Brilliant vlog Alex
Very cool!!!
awsome!❤
That was a lot of work, great footage 👍
At the time of this video you are back in the U.K. .... HOWEVER, I was thinking the next time you are back at the convent you could put a camera on Lilu and get a dog's point of view of her day and then edit out the naps, etc. Something different to try..
Love it!
Would love to see your dogs eye view@AlextheCameraman.
Good idea, I'd love to see a dog's eye view 😊
@@richardweaver9682 We've had Yanis Cam. . . . next, LELA CAM!
Genius!!! Especially since Lela is the best friend to so many in France 💕
Well done!
Nice❤
cool
What’s the max wind speed you are comfortable flying the drone?
Glad to see you! You are a brave man going into that convent at night!
@@valeriemcclain9001 Exactly what I was thinking!! I was glad that Alex didn't venture upstairs, alone.
But wait, Lela would be with him!!
How cool would it be for both Alex & Lela to wear a GoPro, & venture all around the convent! 😮
At night, of course. 3 AM sounds good. Or, bad. 😮😮😮
Much respect for your efforts. You put a lot of thought into what you do... Looking forward to future vlogs and a quick return of you and Lela to France!
After watching Billy everyday I didn't know I was hungry for more....but those are the shots I'm starved for.
Excellent Alex. I hope you continue to post now you are back home.
That was interesting. Lela beautiful as usual. Thank you Alex, looking forward to next Friday morning (Australia) for the next one.
Lovely! I appreciate being able to see all the behind the scenes work. I never realized how much time and planning is involved in just a few seconds of video. If clients ever question your prices, give them a look at this clip. How long can the drone hover? I’d love to see a time lapse of the Convent and/ or Chateau as the sun sets and the lights come on. Safe travels!
Very cool Alex 😀
Ok. This was quite cool, thanks for sharing with us. Now “let’s get this strap on”….”not that kind”. I am 💀! My god we’d have a blast hanging out! The stitched shots were amazing!
Very impressive, I like it, we miss your videos, Lela (I spelt her name incorrectly, apologies) your Dog is an angel, hurt back!!!!
I was pleasantly surprised to see you on my feed since I knew you'd gone back to the UK. The drone shots were very interesting and hopefully these trial runs will help you in your future projects. A lot of the photography speak is above my head but the overall videos are always fun and interesting. Looking forward to your future projects!
Amazing the beautiful pictures you can get with a drone, definitely views we would not be able see without it. Thank you for all your hard work.
Alex, I know you are back home and have other jobs to do, but we miss you at the Convent. Crack On with your stuff and hurry back.
You are quite clever. Now nothing about camaras and so on. want to know how Leila became so obedient. Lovely little dog
Great video. U should make a Shorts out of the end result. My suggestion is that you reverse the daytime section. Starting close to the Convent/Chateau, end it where you start recording. Then switch to the nighttime clip and show us the flight back to the Convent/Chateau.
Alex you're a STAR - Great vlog :)
What's the app called to see flight restrictions you use?
I use Drone Assist 🙂
Alex, you are so very talented! Brilliant as well!
Great work… you are an artist…
Fantastic camera work mate! 😁👍 Keep droning on! Can't wait to see your next video and when you get back to France! 😛
Love it! 😊
👍🏻👍🏻😁
Thank you, Alex as always, you make great content
You have such a way of making everything interesting. Sometimes you sound a little nervous. Don’t be😊
Billy knew what he was doing when he hired you. Great shots. Safe travels.
Lela understands that better than I do. Interesting how you do that.
"Looking like a Muppet"
Gonzo the Great?
You do not look like a muppet 😂 you look like a serious cameraman doing a very good job. ❤
Hi Alex, that was cool. Thank you. ❤️🙏🇺🇸
Lovely, Alex! Just lovely! We will miss you at The Pethericks. Safe travels to you wherever your journey takes you. 🎩💖✨
Alex miss you at convent already and Lela hope you both are home safe😊
I do miss the videos you do for the Pethericks. Your videos are longer and better, hope you're back there soon!
Enjoyable video in France. They will miss you filming. Looking forward to see more videos soon. Then hopefully back to the Chateau and convent. Good luck for all you do.
Watching you do all the setup and creating these videos is exciting. The technology is amazing and your showing and explaining it to us in detail is wonderful. Thank you!
Great shots Alex.....you are learning and all fun to see!!
I was watching Lela in the doors reflection she is so adorable❤❤
O good your home safe so happy but as said missed at Pethericks
Learning anything new takes trial and error so this was good experience for you, Alex. Really a lot of effort on your part but you had two lovely buildings to photograph.
Wonderful first attempt, what's not to like. So I am sure that at some time you will get the chateau at night without the vehicles. And it would be lovelier to get the chateau daytime one when there would be no shadow. Still, no complaints about a first try , so impressive., after all it was just a practice run and came out great. At one point when the drone was on the stones it looked like a frog , which had me amused. Looking forward to more videos.
Can you do a shot over the grounds and then the covenant? I just realized the backyard is to the right of the covenant and the church. I didn't realize that was how it was set up.
Lovely video, you have to try things to see how they work then develop from there. Laila is such a good girl 😊
That is phenomenal footage
great minds think alike, hehe;-)
Love love your work ❤❤
ALEX!!!!!!!!********LELA❤❤❤❤❤
This, again, was fun. Not to put too much on your plate but repeating this during the holidays, since you have the path stored, would be lovely. I am unsure about union scale for pigeons, you might have to fork over extra seed for them during the holidays😂👍
💪🙌🤩😍🎥
