Those that say the keys is off timing is hypercritical, music is played in many different ways and that’s THEIR version of this cover. Whose to say it was slightly lagging? How you know that wasn’t by design...
+Fred it maybe be intentional, but nonetheless still a distraction as he does line-up at points, but then goes far back enough to where timing structure becomes questionable. Not a good look for folks keen on rhythm. Still a dope player though. I'd personally slice the session midi and drag several parts up the line.🤷🏾♂️

RyMuEntertainment back in the day the Church disapproved of the use of Diminished Chords because of the “dark” feeling it produces but now it’s an essential part in Gospel music and almost always heard. Compared to your standards, he is off but he could very well be inspiring and style that will influence future musicians and styles of music...

In the Motif, most keyboardist (including myself) can simply use the on board button n edit 'release' so the keys gives a more staccato type of flow when playing which can slightly drag.. That's how his piano sound like... If he not using the direct sound patch from the keyboard itself & it's coming from a DAW software, Kontact, Mainstage etc... It could be latency issues.
Thanks for the wonderful arrangement. One observation though - the piano sounds a bit weak/tinny. I have a motif x as well and and am assuming you're using full concert grand. Perhaps it might be a recording setting or something. Otherwise, it was great and inspirational to listen to.... would loved the keyboard cam over the last few seconds especially at 4:07
Very great video, I would like to request if you all could do traditional song tutorials. I am more of a traditional keyboard player but I can play the contemporary. I’m not the greatest but I love to increase my craft. HOWEVER, I find going to different churches to visit that, musicians only know the hot song on the charts but when it comes to a traditional song or hymn that’s not rarely sung in the new church they can’t play it. We must encourage and help our brothers and sisters and build them up for the body of Christ not talk about them bc they can’t play it #MooreKnowledge
