I've always been fascinated with characters whose magic is based on intricate hand movements or who simply put extra time and effort into their magic with cool hand movements (like in Naruto, they base their hand movements on Mudras or Hand Seals from Indian Culture; they exaggerate it for show, making it look even cooler, but Classical Mudras are very delicate & graceful and are typically applied in Yoga & Classical Indian Dance).
