I'm working to hard at a relationship that I refuse to accept for what it is. I don't want to leave, but I'm also not happy with the way it is.....
Try to think what it is that is making you unhappy. One thing that helped me was hearing someone say a relationship is like a see-saw. In order to get some balance you need to shift just slightly and then the other person without realizing it or thinking about it ends up shifting too. It comes slowly and doesn't usually need to be talked about unless it is something bigger. In that case, sometimes the other person needs to hear it in a positive way like saying I would feel so good if we could talk about our day for 15 minutes before dinner so I can feel more connected. Or I would love going out to dinner once a week. Sometimes people need to hear what we need in very specific ways. It is not enough to say I need more connection or I need more love or I need more communication because the other person doesn't know what that means to us.
Thanks for your help. We are on opposite ends of the seesaw.

Can you answer one of my dream questions please 😢 I just woke up from a dream with my recent “ex” and he completely ghosted me, never gave me an explanation and I just had a dream that he had texted me to leave him alone but I haven’t bothered him at all and I moved on, all I do is think of him, but I’m just sad and confused at the moment because it caused me to wake up and I felt strong energy right now
