Very good live stream. In general, you can see that the sleds are flying now, don't like it at all because it supports lighter and faster runners. Getting more and more a running competition.
Great coverage... but look at the jumps of Lauren Weeks😮 that's not a broad jump... she is always doing a little step forward with one foot... is this allowed?!? 🤔
@@lawrencemontgomery4139 but in my opinion, this is not a regular broad jump. Feets has to be side by side and you jump straight with with, like all the other athletes do. She is making a move and jumps with more moving energy... know what I mean?! Don't know how to explain correctly in englisg...😬
@@eide_on_tourfound this interesting so went to look for the BBJ ( it’s at 55:21 ) and I think you’re right. You notice the difference between her and the lady she’s overtaking, who funnily enough keeps getting called back for penalties. The BBJ is the station most open to questionable standards, as so many variations are allowed. But I agree with what you spotted.
@@eide_on_tour you don't have to stand straight up before the jump and can use that moving energy. They just have to land with both feet each time. I did go back a watch and it did look like her right toe was going passed her hands when she started the jump and it was never called when it probably should've been.
It would be nice to have more topic points than “world record” and “jet lag”. I’m sure it’s harder than it looks but there is so much more to the sport in general, training strategies, diet, sport specific sport background etc. don’t mean to be overly critical though, I’m sure their is a lot that goes into it.
excellent coverage! thank you

Yes, your feet just can't pass your hands before the jump

Exactly, what does their nutrition look like 5-7 days in advance? What do they eat beforehand or the day before?
How heavy is the sandbag?
Pro and ELITE categories are: 20 kg for women’s and 30 for men’s 💪🏼
Great effort by the 2nd place girl. But the 2nd place girl should have been getting no reps on those wall balls. Not to depth
Great coverage!
