I doubt destiny will see this, but the van Allen belt isn’t a conspiracy theory it’s actually a problem we still haven’t fully overcome. However back when we went to the moon they just risked it. That’s the answer the conspiracy theorists don’t grasp, we had less bureaucracy, and red tape, and were willing to risk people’s lives. If a massive solar flare were to have happened well they were on one of those lunar missions they all would have probably died.
Today when talking about returning to the moon they are trying to make it were they are not depending on luck to make it safely, and the reason for this aside from red tape, is because the ultimate goal now is mars, and you can’t make it to mars by risking it, because the trip is too long, and you will 100 percent get hit, because solar activity is quite frequent.
So the answer to the question of the van allen belt problem by conspiracy theorists is simply we took more chances in the past, and although it’s a real problem, with how good we are at detecting solar activity a trip to the moon doesn’t need a solution to the problem, but a trip to mars does, and that is the actual goal now, and why we want a real solution to the problem today.

Rogan was doing this in 2005 with Eddie Bravo (they both do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu = BJJ) and smoke weed. Eddie went off the rails, went further down the fake moon landing hole.. and landed in flat earth. Rogan was smart enough to make his way out of it. He then started to get on scientists and talk to them and see the other side and realized that the moon landing couldn't have been faked. Now with Covid happening and Rogan not know where he is in history, nor studying vaccination history or virus history... he is now starting to think that Eddie Bravo was right all along...
The moon landing was faked and not only that, if he keeps going down this road, it's going to lead him back to Eddie Bravo and flat earth. Rogan has all the access to all this information, but yet cannot seem to learn to research deep enough to figure things out in life.

    [For Curious Parties]
The Apollo missions overcame the challenges of extreme temperatures and micrometeorite threats on the moon through advanced engineering. To manage temperature variations, they used multi-layer insulation on spacecraft and spacesuits to reflect heat, with an active thermal control system maintaining stable conditions inside the spacecraft. Spacesuits had life support systems for temperature regulation, and missions were timed during lunar mornings to avoid peak heat. Reflective surfaces helped minimize solar heat absorption. For micrometeorite protection, spacecraft and spacesuits were designed with multi-layer shielding to deflect or absorb impacts. NASA calculated the micrometeorite risk as low and used statistical risk management, avoiding meteor showers by carefully timing missions. Redundant systems were in place to ensure survival in case of damage, allowing astronauts to operate safely in the moon’s harsh environment.

I've been consistently in awe during my engineering undergrad by the complexity of things we take for granted - like computer chips, or complex software, or manufacturing plants.

The problem with a lot of conspriacy theorists is that they do absolutely 0 googling/research/anything to inform themselves about the established narratives they so whole-heartedly disagree with. They're just ignorant and wilfully so.
Like, most flat earthers that thing gravity is a hoax, if they spent an afternoon just researching the topic they would come to the rational conclusion that there is in fact a force pulling you toward the ground. This is irrefutable. The problem is that they're too stupid to A: do the research in the first place, and B: do the research and conclude that they can still have other explanations for gravity while still believing in the flat earth.

So they throw shit at the wall until something sticks. Because there's no stakes to claiming that all scientists are wrong, while the internet points if you were proven right would be infinite.
We praise individual people too much for standing up against the mainstream, instead of purely talking about what made their behaviour and deductions different from others who were misled, and what the mainstream should have done better.

The very crude basic physics that traps the radiation goes like this. When you have a magnetic field in space, lets say the field lines point in some direction the same direction everywhere in space, what happens is that charged particles feel a force perpendicular to their direction of motion and the direction of the magnetic field, so if the motion is perpendicular to the magnetic field lines, the charge will go in a big circle in the field, if there is no friction then the big circle will simply be a larger radius with faster charges, smaller radius with slower charges, more charge or more magnetic field will also make the radius of the path smaller. If the particle moves along the magnetic field lines it doesn't feel a force and the trajectory is not bent. So how it works in general is that you can view it in a reference frame where the velocity along the field lines is 0 then you just get a circular motion in a uniform field, or in a refewframe with a component of velocity along the field lines, in which case it will spiral along the field lines. Real magnetic fields are not uniform in space, but the earths field even if weak is very extensive it drops of slowly and so charged particles that are not ultra relativist will end up moving along the field lines in some spiral patterns that is why particles with charge gets trapped. The more advanced thing is that when the particles is accelerated in the magnetic field it radiates light, so very high energy particles enter into the field gradient at first not spiralling much at all, but once it gets close it will start spiralling like crazy in terms of the acceleration, not angular frequency, that is, when they go real fast because the field is weak theu don't spiral very much far out, but as they have a lot of field to cross they loose a lot of kinetic energy in the magnetic field, this is what causes stuff like the nothern and southern lights huge current sheats that end up in the north and south regions respectively, these are really fast but its this acceleration on them from the magnetic field that is slowing them down that produces the emission of light. So they get captured and end up flowing along the magnet field lines thats why there are so many charged high energy particles there, roughly speaking, the complete and accurate picture is complicated, we have all sorts of weird effects with the solar winds and stuff shaping the magnetic field the secondary field caused by the currents that are not just neutral and so on. But its a need to know thing, the important and simple thing that is nice to know is how magnetic fields accelerate charges that move and how they end up spiralling along field lines as a consequence.

Of course the developers of the game have a true passion and care to build the best possible product to benefit the most amount of people. While on the other hand publishers are on a strict timeline and need to produce profit for themselves/shareholders by any means necessary.

The tapes exist, we are seeing mostly recordings nowadays. The screen was just a practical thing, back then, tv worked on analog broadcast. The way old tvs work is with an electron beam, so you send a signal through a wire, ot is tranformed into magnetic fields inside the cathode ray tube tv, which directs a beam of electrons of a certain strength at a screen on the tv that lights up when electrons hit it, color tv has 3, times the pixels and flouresses with three colors, so color tv is just like blsck and white tv, only with three pictures of intensities mixeds together. The signals broadcast are generated by a camera that directly measures the absorption of light on a screen, that emits electrons, the signal is translated into signals that change the intensity based on probing one pixel at a time at the camera and the intensity there is an average over some small time, the signal is transmitted to the tv side, in the tv there is a beam of electrons that scans line by line horizontally every pixel on screen in order, so it shines electons on one pixel at a time to the left for example, tracing the top line of pixels then the one bellow then the one bellow and so on, and this is a rigid motion, shining the electron beam on every pixel in order like this once every 1/24th of a second or whatever the framerate is, you simply transmit the intensities, and you have timing sych that the tv beam synchronises the right intensities wkth the right pixels, search for slow motion tube tv, the technology is actually insanely cool and complicated. But thats basically how it works, you shoot electrons at every pixel in order, in color for example you habe pixel 1 green some intensity, pixel 1 red, some intensity, pixel 1 blue, some intensity, and so on for all the pixels every frame, one color pixel at a time. The way it is encoded in ak analog way is genius, because you just use the reverse process at the camera, you can pixel 1 throigh a red filter, then green the blue and transmit the intensities in order, all you need to do then is synchronise the travel of the electron beam with the order of pixels from the output, and you can just transmit the signal without worrying about storing the data of all those pixels every 1/24th of a second for the entire screen, it just automatically syncs up based on some frame counter mechanism like a specific peak or something in the signal you can use for synchronisation. It is truely genuinely genius, but also simple enough, you just scan on one side and print on the other and directly transmit the signal. And thats why they used a screen, so broadcasters with analog equipment could do it, and did not have to reciev an independent radio version of the signal and then decode it or something. Nasa did that for them. What do you think? Do you think joe rogan would believe he has any business doubting or even ranking the difficulty of any tech back then if he knew how marvellous even TV broadcasting was back then? I think if he knew he would be a bit more humble, the little box doesn't use magic, people built this stuff, and its amazing, its really hard to make stuff that works, but engineers and physicists are pretty amazing all in all.

Seems we are hopefully starting to catch up with the massive flaws of the internet age by us starting to understand the vast information flow. However, I'm still excruciatingly frustrated and worried with the possibilities.
