These albums are really helping me power through, I'm at that age, lots of funerals. But you guys put it all in amazing music. So I'll keep fighting the dark, bringing the light. Thanks for all the awesome.
This has to be one of the best Rival Sons songs, and I say that only through one listen! All of the elements combined from all five of you are evident and spectacular. This song is so fitting for its title and the theme of these two albums. Thank you so much for these masterpieces this year.

What an amazing song. I was and still am absoutlely blown away by Darkfighter and had quite some expectations for Lightbringer, but I would have been totally fine with an album just as good. And then they open up with such an epic.

I had listened to Sweet Life and Mercy many times but waited until my vinyl copy showed up a few days to listen to the entire album in its entirety…

I love Rivals Sons have so for 8+ years now and I don't know what it is but these two albums really haven't done it for me there's been alright songs on each but like Feral Roots was amazing start to finish, I don't know if i just need to listen to these more or what. 🤔
Edit: People can't seem to read... I'm not saying that either album is bad they're just (so far) not for me, I haven't enjoyed majority of the songs especially compared to previous alums.
I still love this band they're easily top 3 for me, but you don't have to like every single release to be a fan.
I have a feeling they might grow on you. That’s what happened for me on the Darkfighter album. This one is speaking to me more. I believe it’s a Masterpiece!

When the first songs came out, i thought its not as poeerful as feral roots (like how could anything be). Then after few days i realized how these songs were haunting me, i had to listen and listen again and its so massive! Its def no copy of feral roots. Its grown i think😉

I’m a long time RS fan but when this 6 song album came the other day it didn’t do it for me. The previous album Darkfighter was as good or better than Feral Roots. This is kind of prog rock which isn’t my cup of tea. I’ll give it a bunch more plays but I can always play all of their others from their catalog.
