I know this is a few years old, but the track layout is wrong. At 2:34, the track should go underneath the first drop, into a brake block section, then into the bunny hills.

It is a plugin which lets carts go up ladders. It isn't any farther updated then 1.8 due to having to recode everything for 1.9 and beyond.
