Chloe you never looked better -- so radiant, your flawless skin and your weight is perfect on you. You really 'ooze' health and femininity!

I am pinning this video….omgoodness in my disorder I was always so structured and timed and measured. I denied my feminine side so much because I simply saw food as a source to keep going through the day….I am literally sitting here with a bowl of baked oatmeal with fruit and syrup and butter - something I never would have eaten in the past especially at 5:21 in the morning…..I am getting better about listening to what my body is telling me it wants but in the past everything was so calculated. The workouts and there was no room for deviation -the food was measured and manipulated. It makes me so sad to think about all the years lost regarding my health and my sanity regarding food because I was so caught up in this craziness……. I grew up with three brothers and my mom was always so meticulous about what she ate. So I was always so structured as well and my brothers simply ate and didn’t think twice about it…….This is a perfect video to refer back to and I will go and listen to the whole episode…..excellent stuff here !!!

Hmmm so glad you were able to see where your masculine has stepped in and where you need to invite is some feminine flow. It makes a big difference when you start working on polarity while in recovery! I wish you the best!

why do most women who recover from ed work as recovery coaches? is it it true recovery if ur identity post it still revolves around it? SINCE MOST RECOVERED WOMEN WORK AS THIS AND THATS IT LOL

Because they understand the mindset of eating disorders. Truly I believe that in order to understand the mindset you have had to experience. It doesn’t mean that they are still in the ED; but that they can relate to it. I have heard in the past that you never truly recover from ANY addiction type of disease. You are always in recovery. But that’s life….we are always managing or recovering from some thing…… And perhaps these women were called BECAUSE they get it to help those when haven’t gotten it yet. And then it trickles down……but that goes along with any health issue. Personally I would never get coaching from an eating disorder or any debilitating mental/emotional health issue from someone who hasn’t walked the path and gotten through the darkness -EVEN IF they still have an identity, they know how to hold the hand and get you to your destination…….. That said- you need to vet the coaches you are seeking very carefully…….What I love about Chloe is that she is consistent, she is science based, and she is very determined to help. You see this more and more in her recent videos.

Ya good question. First off, millions of girls go through eating disorders each year yet only truly a small amount of them go on to be recovery coaches. My reason for going in it was because I have a true understanding of it due to my experience which is what I always wanted from the people I worked with while I was trying to heal mine. As far as is my identity still wrapped in it I can say that at the beginning of my coaching experience that it probably was a tad, naturally as it was so recent in my life but as the years have gone by my connection to that period of life has become very distant and my identity is not connected at all to this. It's actually weird to me because at this point I have a work brain where I'm talking about this stuff all day and then I have my actually life brain which never once things about ED stuff. So I guess I got good and just compartmentalizing work and setting enough boundaries where I don't take work into my personal life.
