Many people believe that this scope is terrible and I’d be trolling to ever consider taking it into raid. Today I’m gonna prove you wrong and show you why this is one of the underrated scopes you can buy. Lets get the facts out there: 1. You can buy this scope from the flea usually around 35-40k, 2. the sensitivity is slower compared to other scopes HOWEVER its not as bad as the other schmit and bender scope.. the 1-8x scope.. most people usually try the 1-8x and automatically assume the other one is just as bad.. its not, 3. And finally this scope has one of the most powerful magnifications for DMR style sniping in the game.. a 3x that is actually usable.

Iv been using this scope a time the past month, of the non-1x scopes, it is the best long range scope I use, the toggle actually changes the zoom a meanful amount unlike many other long scopes, I love it and a great price too

Another masterpice from lew! Definitely gonna try the scope now as i didnt know that it was a 3x. I find myself constantly switching between the monstrum 2x and the 4x ACOG this might be the the scope to use.

I think most people use streamers' opinion on scopes to make their judgement without trying anything themselves, which is unfotunate, because there are a lot of hidden gems that people don't usually use

It’s a 3x - 10x scope, more compact on the gun than the Schmidt Bender, also for night raids viable and on the flee between 12-20k

its absolutely insane how cheap the scope is for what it offers. the illumination is a bit annoying to deal with when wanting to change zoom, but otherwise amazing

Loved that scope ever since I discovered it from a G28 last wipe, been using it on all boltys ever since. VERY useful on lighthouse for some 350m+ rogue camp snipes from the top of the mountain

Would like to see these scopes have infinity adjustment between 3 and 12 with a shift and scroll wheel type hot key. Would also like to see parralax adjustments when range focusing not just drop adjustments. I feel like a whole team could be assigned to scopes

I haven't played a lot in recent wipes but could see myself enjoying this scope. I run the monstrum all the time and don't think 3x would be that much worse. I don't use automatic that much and would totally prefer something like the valday to be 2x-6x vs 1x-6x.

I'm happy to say I tested out the new scopes the first month of the new wipe and I do like the scopes they brought into the game. The price points are also very good.

In the past wipes I've avoided using these scopes after trying the 1-8 just once. Like you've said, I thought the 3-12 would have the same sensitivity problem. But then they've fixed that, I've finally tried the 3-12... And it has been the only thing I run on my snipers ever since. I've gotten dozens of 500m+ kills with it, the 3x mode is great for scanning for a target and emergency close range
The cut to the mounted gun was too good lol
I've been using this scope on basically any mid-to-long range build I'm not planning on getting close with. Sometimes it's just nice to get more than the 6x zoom of a Vudu and if you're constantly something like a hundred meters away from the enemy, you don't need th e 1x either. Scavs can be dealt with laser + pointfire, and if REALLY need be the 3x isn't completely useless in close distances.

With a range finder on top of a Recknagel mount I have pulled off long range shots which otherwise wouldn't have been possible.

This scope is my go-to long range optic. I love it so much. Run it on Shoreline a lot, and it's a killer

5:47 thought it was just me who struggled with that problem with lots of the scopes, might have to try this one although scopes changing your sensitivity seems like the worst idea ever
I am a fan of the fact that there is no universal sensitivity. If there was, people could effectively use aim trainers to get good at the shooting mechanics. They are fine for other games, but the variability of picking up an enemies gun and being unfamiliar with how it feels is right in line with the core themes in Tarkov
@@BarneyGumbl3 I have to disagree man muscle memory is everything with shooter games and it just messes with it, kind of messes with the freedom of being creative and trying different scopes too because most people will just default to one or two scopes to avoid the varying sensitivities

you should really try the weaver scope, it’s only ~15k but is just like a beefed up pso scope. it’s what I use for budget sniping with the vepr hunter
There's something about watching people good at this game playing it. They'll be moving about, stopping, turning 37 degrees to the side and scoping in to see some random monkey wandering about and then smoothly tap them in the dome. It fills me with joy and excitement and makes me jump on the game, every single time! I equip myself with my basic starter gear, grab my Vepr-KM and load in after 15 minutes of queuing and loading, only to walk about for 3 minutes then I get tapped by a shot I never heard and I'm sent back to the menu. Every single time :(

I spawn in literally one time as a PMC on Lighthouse and get bumrushed by a lvl 60 ultrachad with max stamina when i'm barely out of spawn hiding in a bush. :'D
I get the infinite item glitch sometimes, happened 3 times in place marker quests and has happened with an IFAK. I found I could drop the IFAK from inventory to stop it and save the raid, not sure if it would’ve worked with the other ones from quest slot as I didn’t think of it then
