I always felt super anxious and soo depressed after my separation .. its been almost a year, it happened on My birthday , and then it seemed like everything from past traumas came rushing up to destroy me , my mind was my worst enemy . @dexb000 i did in general. But some day its a roller-coaster. Im in contact with her, but it is complicated. She left the karmic, came back with it, left it again, but she was still in contact with him like an addiction. And now she's in fear with me for some things she said i did in the past. Now she texts me, and i just wait until I'm ready to respond because every time it's trouble, my peace. I let her go, she need to come back by herself like a little bird who had been hurt. She has autism too, and this complicates things. Her hyper sensibilities trouble the realities and her perception of me. The karmic did worse than me. And she put all the blame on me, lts make me feel in a different reality, and it's hurt as i can't control what she feels. This week, she texted me that i was right, her combat is in 3d, and she asked me what it was like for me in 5d. She is bright, and we will get there's i promised her in my response that i have not sent.

1 minute into listening to this I immediately started crying, like I felt a psychic attack of despair and melancholy. I cried for 5 minutes before I collected myself and returned to work . I felt as though my partner was going thru alot of personal issues and was at the breaking point (I seldom cry myself, but this was intense l) and was reaching out to somebody for a lifeline.
