Never-ever-considered Baylor to be worthy of a #1 seed, especially after they lost those two games in a row at home during the season. And the fact that they couldn't get it done in this game even with all the incredible amount of help they were getting from the refs just confirms my original suspicion about this team.

@@dougfriendly7676 indeed. the impact of the Manek ejection annoy be overstated. He is the vocal leader of this team and was leading all players in points. The game turned on a dime after that and the refs kept at it with every possible 50/50 call going to Baylor in the last 10min. Refs shouldn’t be allowed another game this tourney.

still cannot believe UNC has Davis possibly for anther 2 years. I really want to get revenge for this last game. Checked to see if you guys have any elite recruits to replace 2 elite players in Manek and Baycot. But it doesnt seem like a class with any immediate contributors... well except that Trimble kid. He looks like hes custom built for the offense i saw you guys have. Btw i was so impressed with UNCs offense. Ran a lot of tough NBA sets and it was run perfectly. And from what I've read you guys have a completely diff offense then from your last coach.
As a 30 year HS bball coach (very small school), to implement all those new sets and have your guys playing like they are is just a testament to how good a coaching staff UNC has now. Just blew me away. When UNC hired Hubert Davis at first, i thought it was crazy for possibly the best coaching job in college basketball taking a risk on a coach who has never even coached in HS or anything. I thought it was a lazy hire to just keep Roy happy but after seeing how beautiful your offensive NBA sets were and how tough your guys played defense (meaning they bought into the coaches vision) is really incredible for a 1st year head coach. Not only will a lot of talent want to play for him, that beautiful NBA style offense will not only develop players for the NBA but elite players will put up huge numbers in it.
In the end.... amazing coaching hire. Good luck in the rest of the tournament.

Reposting this post from another Davis video:
Had never heard of him until seeing him in the NCAA tournament against my Baylor squad. I thought he was a senior by how amazing he was. Cannot believe he's only a soph. At his size i believe he'll be a 4 year player but this kid has it. Actually I'm very impressed with UNCs entire starting 5 but RJ is on another level. Anyways congrats on the win. Really hope we get revenge in next year's tourney...Guess I'm now rooting for UNC to win it so i can say We are second best because we lost to the best team.
